Atilano's Mexican Food - Airway Heights — Restaurant in Airway Heights

Humiliating experience, disgusting attitudes from the working staff, and no regard to people’s health. I went through the drive through of this Atilano’s and ordered a VEGGIE burrito and a BEAN tostada. The gentleman asked me to repeat myself various times. He did not clarify at the window. I was handed my meal and left. I arrived back at work to find that my tostada has beef. A bit irritating, but simple enough mistake. I can give it to my friend or something. And then I bit into my burrito, immediately spitting out meat. I am a vegetarian due to health reasons. I become violently ill when I consume meat. This was obviously a very upsetting thing to me.

Well, I drive back after calling and being told they’ll remake my order. When I enter the establishment, it’s buzzing with life! And flies. And it’s kinda dank smelling, honestly, and I decided at this point I do not want food from this place.

I asked for a refund and the cashier told me he couldn’t give me one and he needed a receipt, which he did not provide to me.

He attempted to deflect blame until I called him out in Spanish. Then he went quiet. Very classy, dude. I thank you on behalf of all Latinas for that one.

Ordered a chile reno burrito. Its one of my favorites. I specifically asked them to cook it well done. Last time I ordered it was crispy. The chubby lady at the counter told the cook and made fun of me in spanish. I speak some spanish and didnt appreciate that at all! I brushed it off. I work hard and was hungry. But to my disappointment the chille was extra crispy this time! I dont have long of a break for my work lunch. I ate it and this will be the last time i support this business. I was made fun of for my order and it wasnt even cooked right.

The restraunt could use a good cleaning. Makes me wonder how clean the back is where they cook. Not impressed.

Didnt appreciate that rudeness!! Ive encountered this with the atilanos in spokane on fransis and was hoping this one would be different! On fransis i asked for extra hot sauce and thr lady was rude and said no i only get one because i only ordered one burrito! She shut the window on me at the drive through. I see this place daily since they've opened, I KNOW for a fact, we need to help this place get a better outside paint and remodel. Being open until midnight in Airway, that is seriously hard to do. I hate chain restaurants and the only thing here is fast food. Yes, this will be an extremely long review, don't care I LOVE THIS PLACE! First off , I will normally at a chain place or fast food will just order what I know I will receive, eh it's ok I guess. This is THE best food to eat in Airway!
