I decided to write a review about this particular McDonald's because my visit here was beyond ridiculous! I have the app as it gives discounts, and easier to place order and pick it up later. I've done so a handful of times at different locations without any issues. This time I was at my kids practice and knew they would be hungry, so I decided to use the app & pick up the food before practice was over. When I arrived I checked in on the app and waited in the designated "order pickup" parking spot. After 10mins of waiting and wondering if I should just go though the drive thru I noticed both lanes were stacked with cars barely moving..Not a good sign.. so I waited until the absolute last min before I had to go which was another 20mins! Once I left I tried calling to cancel my order as my payment had already went thru when I checked in. No one answered, it just rang repeatedly. By now it's late and my kids need to go to bed, but I have no choice but to go back to McDonald's to either get a refund or our food! Once there the drive thru was still backed up barely moving! So I got in line. Once I got to the window the worker said she had no app order and that I'd have to pull up and talk to the manager at the next window. The app only showed my order with no order# this time. When I got to the 2nd window I had been in the drive thru line for 30mins! The workers looked scattered. They kept asking if I had the right location which I showed them I did. I was confused on how they couldn't find my order since it should have been in the works a hr ago with no pick up! Finally someone got on the ph and they were able to find it, but I had to pull forward and wait. I ended up waiting another 15mins, which was insane! I will never go back to this location. I get being backed up, lack of workers, trainees, etc but this was far beyond on that. This was literally the worst fast food experience I've had in my 34yrs of life. Read moreI have had 3 encounters with this place and it is solely due to the staff. AMANDA is the night supervisor on all 3 of my encounters. 8 17 19 I stopped in tonight no one in line but me got to the window waited about 5 minutes for my burger meal with a coke. Drove off big grin munched on some frys ate half the burger felt weird and pulled over looked at the burger and it was raw. Called and said hi just was there and my burger was raw. Amanda's response immediately was you can come back or give me an address for a coupon....I said how about maybe saying sorry about that or some kind of consideration that I just got a raw food product under your supervision. She said sorry what's the address. This is the 3rd time in 4 months this has happend. I said I'm tired of getting coupons. What is your supervisor's name so I can file a complaint with her as obviously your position is lacking in proper training and complacency seems to be a common theme. She responded with her name is Debbie I said OK can I have a last name so I can Talk to someone sorry that's Not allowed to be given. I said OK how about the name of the cook obviously he needs more training this is McDonald's how is this that difficult. I can't give you his name either. I said how am I supposed to resolve anything if there is a problem. I said I could send you a coupon she says. What has this world come to when we can't even get a crapy fast food hamburger from McDonald's cooked properly and when people make mistakes no one ownes up to it. Check out the picture. Read moreOne star for the play area which is why I go to this location but today the service was horrible. I placed my order with a lady who appeared to be in her 50s or so and was wearing a grey management type shirt. I asked her about the new mc flurry and she proceeded to tell me a story about how she enjoyed it and it tasted so good, etc. I responded that that sounded great and I would like to order one. I sat down and waited for my food but my mc flurry never came. I returned to the cash register and asked the lady who had helped me where my mc flurry was. She said I hadn't ordered one which I found very strange since I had clearly said I wanted one. I said I would like to purchase one, then and she got up and walked away from the transaction. Someone else came up and asked if I was being helped. I said I don't know, I just wanted to pay for my McFlurry and she said the order was pulled up but the other lady had just walked away! At this point I became frustrated with the poor service but stayed at the play area as my child was playing. When my McFlurry came it was watery and disgusting. I asked why and they said their ice cream machine was down. It seems that rather than be honest about their ice cream machine being inoperable they chose to be very dishonest and lie to me, gaslighting me into thinking I hadn't bought a Mc flurry...why even sell me one if their machine wasn't working?? I looked at my original receipt and found that I DID order and pay for a McFlurry despite being told I hadn't. I walked to the front of the store only to be ignored by employees who were yelling at each other in plain view at the cash register.
