Normally I have a great experience at this place but I just doordashed a steak eggs and shrimp breakfast and it came delivered to me w no shrimp and a piece of the steak cut off. Disgusting to say the least because its obvious my food was tampered w. It was handled by a third party so to give them the benefit of the doubt lets say it was the dd guy who somehow did that. Im more upset about the way the situation was handled. The lady who answered the phone was very demeaning even after I offered to drive down there and give them the food back so it could be made properly. Then after I said I would contact dd about it all she said was ok and then hung up on me. I've ordered from them a lot lately and been going there for 30 years+ and this experience left a bad taste in mouth no punn intended. Very unfortunate to say the least. First time I've had a problem w them and the way the handled the situation was very poor. I still even gave them 3 stars because its a first time problem for me but its just very upsetting as this place has always seemed to take care of their customers. I dont feel taken care of at all. Like I said I was even willing to drive the 20+ min there and back to have it taken care of correctly and would have gladly returned the portion of food that was given to me. Read moreI went to Michael's for breakfast on July 7, 2015 Unfortunately my experience was very bad which is normally unlike the restaurant's usual high standard. The waitress had forgot her pad and attempted to "wing" it which was an epic fail. She had forgot to order the sides until I reminded her after most of my breakfast was consumed. The salt shaker had a defective cap which flew off and should not have been on the table. Despite three admonitions about how the take out order needed to be filled the waitress could not get it right, again no pad. I specifically asked her if the order was right after she said the take out was ready and she assured me it was correct. She lied. It could not possibly have been checked because when I got home a dill pickle was included with the bun which left the bun soggy with a taste I would not eat. So I had to throw the bun out. So basically I paid about thirty-four bucks with tip for poor service and a waitress with a bad memory. In fairness, the waitress was new. Read moreVisited on a late Sunday morning and was seated immediately. Took nearly 20 minutes to get drinks and then another 40 plus to get food. I honestly felt bad for the kitchen as they looked overwhelmed and I could see at least 25 tickets hanging. Needless to say after an hour and 10 minutes the waitress Denise brought out the food and it was incorrect. Instead of an apology she insisted "I told them (kitchen) that". We were more than polite to Denise but she could've cared less. Then upon receiving the check and having unexpected and illegal credit card fees tacked on Denise again made it a point to say "see, I entered it correct. The kitchen messed it up". I'm okay with the kitchen making a mistake as they were extremely busy. I don't care who made the mistake but be professional about it, just correct it. Food was okay but not worth the wait. I'm not okay with terrible service and a combatitive attitude resulting in you being the worst server I've ever encountered while I never gave you any disrespect.
