I’m ONLY giving this two stars, because there were SUPER NICE AND INCREDIBLE! But fact of the matter is your kitchen staff thinks it’s funny to leave out peoples food! I literally said he knew he did it!!! And basically didn’t even care!! y’all wonder why people will drive the distance to the one on 18th 19th St.!!! This is why! And really none of them are any better cause every time I come in the morning something gets left out!!! I literally come every single Saturday morning and almost ordered the same exact thing every time!!! How can you manage to not put my stuff in the bag?! Especially since I come weekly!!! I mean my God, and either way you should be going down the receipt and making sure everything’s in the bag!!! I worked to go for an actual restaurant! Chili’s to be exact!!! And my orders were never missing anything!!! And if they were, it was because somebody else helped me with the order and they screwed it up!!! You have one job when somebody is coming through to go… make sure they get all of their items!!!! Cause who really wants to come back and have to get their stuff!!! I paid for my stuff I should receive it the first time I go through the line!!! Not have to pull up and go back in! EVERY TIME! Whether it be a hash brown, being left out or an order of bacon being left out!!! Like dude KNEW he left it out and just thought it was funny!!! And no manager reprimanded him nothing!!!! This is why people only by fast food because...

I had to pick up a door dash order from this location and the customer service was horrible. There was a black heavy set man that was passing out the orders. I stood under the sign that says pick up here and the sign also indicates that this area is for door dash orders. I stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. So I took it upon myself to tell him that I’m picking up a door dash order. He said I had to get in the long line with the others to reorder the door dash. I said the order was already placed and paid for. Very rudely he said again that I can go get in line. So not wanting to cause a scene and stoop to his level I complied with his request. There was only 1 cashier which he did indicate to the people in line that it was her first day. I guess that was the excuse for the line being extremely long and his attitude. So whenever I receive a door dash order from this location, I politely decline because he could have been more nicer and I didn’t fill out that job application for him. If he has an issue with the job maybe he should find another line...

This morning this location 2715 Allison Bonnett was totally awful. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. After pulling into a parking space and going to the door to find that the lobby door was locked. I decide to leave to go do my bank deposit for my job and come back to the restaurant. The drive thru line was once again long but I decided to wait it out since I was getting breakfast for my team. Once I reached the intercom I see a note stating that they were out of biscuits but to go on and order without biscuits. Well no one ever answered the intercom so after waiting about 8 minutes I decided to just pull around. An employee finally comes to the window and says' "ma'am we are not taking orders at this time". We'll your sign said to place your order without biscuits. What a waste of time. This was enough to make me never patronize this location EVER!!!! For future references turn your light off if you are unable to serve or have an employee outside to verbally tell people that you are temporarily closed so people won't waste time in a...
