McDonald's — Restaurant in Alabama

This McDonald's is horrible!! I attempted to go in for breakfast before work and found the door locked. The employees were standing around as if they had nothing to do. As I was walking back to my car two older gentlemen walked to the door and one of the employees came to unlock the door. This is not my first bad experience with them. On another occasion my girls and I were pulled to the spot waiting for a frozen mccafe and after waiting 20 minutes I got out. As I was walking to the door the young lady that pulled us down asked if I was waiting for something. That upset me because she had forgotten. When inside they were joking and laughing while customers were standing at the counter. The young lady at the drive thru stated she didn't know how to make it and had asked the manager which was completely in the dark about the entire thing. The manager finally made the drink and we left. This was on the evening shift and the manager was a heavy set black lady.They should really train their employees. It's ridiculous to have a customer wait for their item because only certain ones can prepare it. Get it together McDonald's Forestdale or...

The food is delicious, hot and ready for you to enjoy. The prices are great They always have 2 for 5🍔 Right now you can buy one sandwich of your choice and get a second one for $1. 🍔🍔 Their drinks is only $ 1 🥤🥛☕ any size Don't worry if cars are lined up around the building Mcdonald's service is very fast it's ok because they have 2 order stations and three windows to pick up at. The employees are very nice and helpful. If something happens to be left out of your order they always make it right. I had to go in for that very reason, a nice young man had my fish 🐟 sandwich and came to the counter to meet me. He said he noticed it right away and hoped I would come back around or come in I told him Thank You and he said it was his pleasure. I reached out for the bag and he said No, we are cooking you a fresh one. 🍔🍟♥️ The sausage-egg- cheese Mc muffin is my favorite. Breakfast anytime for me🥞🥚🥓☕. This particular day I went to Forestdale McDonald's, I counted 13 employees, I spoke to about eight of them. To tell them and the manager while I only live a mile away I have not been there to that location and more than a decade because the last time I went I don't know how the health guidelines were above 60. However I've dropped in not long ago, the staff the food the service the quickness of the service the cleanliness of the interior, the communication between the staff and the manager I would give a 10 out of 10 for everybody who had been there that night. I forget the manager's name unfortunately but he does deserve a shout out. The only detail I can give about him is he might be 48 years old light skin black mail professionally dressed, courteous knows his job well, trains his people well and while corporate may not see it this way I think the whole store could use a raise. Myself and many of my future clients will go there for lunch. It may be awesome all the time but I prefer to be there when this particular staff is on duty. Anyway , great...
