Weāve been to this newer location several times now and to echo most of the other reviews, customer service is TERRIBLE, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I want to also point out that of all the times Iāve been, there is no one else in the drive thru, no matter the time of day. It would seem their reputation precedes them. I can definitely understand why! It almost feels like they have a game going on as to who can use the least amount of words possible to the customers. Itās the craziest thing. My husband was trying to put his card away after paying and a different person came up to give us our drinks. She just put her hand out the window with the drinks. Never said, āhere you goā, or āExcuse meāā¦eventually I told my husband he was being handed something but the fact that I had to say something, itās ridiculous! I intentionally waited to see if she would talk to my husband but nope!
Also, they ALWAYS mess up something in our order! Today, they could not fix my sonās taco properly for anything. Chicken soft taco, no lettuce. Chicken and cheese ONLY! Seems pretty dang simple yet somehow, it is generally the item that gets made wrong. My son has sensory differences that make certain textures so unpalatable that heāll gag. Lettuce is one food this happens with and it can be even the smallest, itty bittiest piece that he notices. After they made the taco with lettuce the first time, we had them remake it (we were the only people in the drive thru) but there ended up being lettuce in the one that was remade. My son took one small bite, gagged and was DONE. I threw the entire taco away. The taco looked like trash when it was folded as well. There was melted cheese on the outside of the wrapper! We are done with this location! Thereās one a little closer to us that we really like, with wonderful customer service & tremendous food! That location really makes it so evident how poorly this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt seems as though every since this Taco Bell moved across the street to this nice new location, every time I go there it is something different this time and the last time I was there they were both out of Dr Pepper this time I asked why and I was told that itās because nobody drinks the Dr Pepper. There is why they donāt keep it that much in stock. I was like well that seems kind of weird. The store was not very clean. Tables had food on them. The drink counter had not been attended to in a minute and the staff was hard to find it, took them a few minutes to get to the front, and then they seemed kind of irritated that we were standing there ready to place our order, then when I asked for Dr. Pepper, they had to go look it took them a few minutes to get tea from behind the counter that was not out on the front counter. It was behind the counter and it seems as though they had time to piddle and play with their friends at the front counter, but not clean the restaurant for the guest to enjoy their stay however, the time that I was there before the food was just a mess and fell apart in my hand and was just atrocious, this time, the food was much better and neatly packaged with the exception of being out of the Dr Pepper and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I am surprised that this store is slow as it is every time I go in there...

Ever since they changed locations into this nice fancy building, nothing has been āfancyā with their service or f I am pretty confident that my order has been incorrect every time I have placed an order at this location. Hereās the kickerā¦.the place has been a ghost town when Iāve been there the last few times. Employee turnover seems to be a challenging issue for this store. And the crews just canāt seem to get the right amount or accuracy into the bag. If there are no cars in the drive thru and literally not a soul in the dining area, then the orders should be accurate and timely. Come on semi-brand new Taco Bell.
