Yes, the authentic greek Gyros is back for $3.99 for the sandwich and $6.19 for the meal, including a side and drink!!!! Being from Chicago (the Greek restaurant mecca), let's begin with the correct pronunciation. It's is NOT "guy row," "j eye row," or a "jear oh"... it is, was, and always will be "yee rohs." Although, Arby's has a roast beef and a turkey gyros on its regular menu, the (FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY) Greek gyros is the traditional yummy pressed lamb, pork, beef blend that makes you want to say, "Opa!" Lunch today was fast and delicious. Irene, at the front register, was friendly and made sure our Gyros combos were exactly how we ordered them (I get mine without lettuce and red onion). Came by on November 10th, 2024 at 10:50 pm. I saw an employee at the window so i know there were employees there, went to the speaker to place my order and heard nothing. After sitting there for 5 minutes i went to the window to place my order. I then see an employee run to the back and hide. I work in customer service so I know how it works. If you say you close at 11pm then you should be taking orders until atleast 10:59pm. Whoever was your closing employee that night needs a little more training on how to work in customer service. I then went the next night since the employee refused to take my order the night before. I asked to talk to a manager about what had happened the prior night. They had a special going on. 2 for $4! I decided it was cheaper. I ordered 4 roast beefs for $4 and 2 medium curly fries. When I got to the front I noticed the ticket was cheaper than expected. I reviewed what I paid for. Missing 2 roast beefs! The lady came back and handed me my bag of food. I said you didn't ring me up correctly. She said you ordered two for four right?
