I donât like leaving negative reviews, but this past time I went was bad. I ordered curbside at about 9 pm because I was tired after a long work shift. After 30 minutes of waiting and watching multiple groups come and go while I was ignored(I checked my app to make sure I had marked âarrivedâ only to have it say it was already given to me) I finally went inside. I asked about my order and that I had been waiting a while. Most of the employees looked surprised and confused. But one girl quickly went to grab my order and sheepishly said she didnât know where to bring it. MissâŚmy car was right in front of the store shining its headlights through the window in the parking space labeled âcurbsideâ. The app makes sure to ask for car color/make/model. Annoying, but maybe she was new or just plain didnât want to so outside. I can sorta understand. However I ordered three cookies and cream tres leches cakes, which visually looked fine at first glance. Upon eating and subsequently checking the others, all three cakes had no milk and were dryer than an unused sponge. I could literally feel the moisture in my mouth disappear. When you forget the big ingredient that is one of the most important and that is literally in the name of the item forgive me if I level up from annoyed to angry.
TLDR; I waited a long time and got bad desserts....
Read moreHello. We just had a horrible experience while at the Crumbl in Alabaster. We are there often, once a week usually, and weâve never had an issue before, however today was a totally different experience. We ordered our typical dozen cookies but the girl who was taking the order kept saying she was supposed to get off and she didnât want to help. The manager told her to take our order and then she could leave. When my wife needed a moment telling her the order the girl was very rude and began taking the order of the next person in line instead. Once we made our order, we asked that the Nutter butter cookies be placed in a separate box as my wife has a bad allergy to peanut butter. The girl was rude about that request. Then proceeded to hand my wife multiple boxes with cookies. When she walked outside the boxes shifted and two of them fell and the cookies were ruined. My wife went back in and asked the manager if they could replace the two that were ruined. The manager advised her that she dropped them outside and they would not replace them. To top it off, when we got home, the other cookies in the order were not even the correct cookies. Very bad experience and not sure if or when we will...
Read moreVisited Crumbl for the first time, today. Wanted to see what the hype was about â but Iâll never be back. My sister tried to place two orders for the âChocolate Chip Mini (6 pack)â for us to take to the local Fire Station. The young lady behind the register told us that we couldnât order mini cookies unless we placed a catering order, days in advance. We told her that we were confused because it was clearly on their menu, under âextras.â (Pictures below). A man beside her, counting the drawer money, hopped in the conversation and snapped at us. âLike she said, you canât order those unless you order catering days in advance. We donât have the ability to make those last minute. The menu is glitching, I guess.â Never made eye contact and his tone was BEYOND rude. We wonât be back. Not because we wanted mini cookies that badly, in fact, I still ordered full-size cookies⌠but being snapped at when we were genuinely confused was...
