DO NOT USE AT&T!!! I have an account w/ AT&T which includes me, my husband, my daughter and her 2 kids...for the last 3+ years, I paid for me & my husbands service from my bank account while my daughter paid for her & kids from a separate acct at a separate bank!! Then 3 months ago my daughter paid her part like always, but instead of taking it from her bank, it came out of my bank account!! I called AT&T customer service to straighten out and the wild goose chase began!!! My daughter has paid her part, 3 different ways, but no matter how she pays it still comes out of my account!! I am on disability & have VERY limited income and every month it has sent my bank account into the negative, which in turn racks up overdraft fees!! Long story short, we have tried resolving over phone, via calls & text, plus my daughter has spent hours after work at a AT&T store, talking to the same person!! Every time we talk to someone at customer service they tell us there is nothing in computers regarding us trying to fix this!! But the sales person at store showed my daughter where she personally made notations in computer, plus my daughter has copies of ALL communications with AT&T AND how she paid from her account!! This has gotten into a deny, deny, deny pissing contest w/AT&T!!! Going as far as blaming MY bank for letting the payment go through!! Once again, my daughter is talking to AT&T financial dept for second day in a row, this is after spending hours yesterday on phone getting transferred from person after person,then spending MORE time at store yesterday after work, talking to same person she has dealt w/ since day one!!! Not one person has been able to comprehend what is going on, how to fix it, OR take even take responsibility!!! We are soooo over AT&T and are currently looking to change our cell phone carrier, even if it means paying an outrageous termination fee!!! STAY AWAY FROM AT&T!!! I was warned by several people and didn't listen because we all wanted the iPhones!! Now we are regretting...
Ā Ā Ā Read more10/10 would recommend. This is long, but deserving. Iāve been dealing with a back and forth transition from Verizon to AT&T for nearly two weeks. I went back in to AT&T today to get a final breakdown of my payment plan options. Jasper was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. I ended up having to run back and forth between AT&T and Verizon more than once today due to Verizon having multiple employees telling me different/false information, making our process last a total of seven hours JUST for today. When I finally returned an hour before closing, Jasper helped me to finalize my transfer. We then realized that Verizon still had not unlocked my phone after being told they had done so, so I returned back to the Verizon store. I ended up calling AT&T FIVE MINUTES before closing (from a Verizon store phone- lol), stating that Verizon was no longer going to unlock my phone and never were planning to, meaning my new SIM card was of no use and I had no means of communication. I asked if they could pull a phone for me while I sell my new one back to Verizon (afraid they would close before I got there), because I needed something and couldnāt go without. Jasper came to the line and helped me find a temporary solution for the night so that I would not have to go home alone without a way to contact anyone in case of emergency. He said āI donāt want you to make a quick decision without thinking through the details and pricing first.ā He then told me to return tomorrow once they open and he will help me to find a new plan and phone that work best for me. He showed a great deal of willingness to help calm her concerns. So we were initially impressed with his level of patience and guidance for a difficult customer. He promptly served us after her departure and proceeded to discuss the phone options we had dictated. He had a high level of knowledge on the different manufacturers and features. Although he is an iPhone user himself there was no pressure to switch to the 'Dark side' š. He swiftly processed the phone upgrade, ensuring the credit available was a viable option for our trade in, as well as reviewing our plan for possible savings. We appreciated his diligence, but not pushiness . He confidently engaged through the backup transfer process to the new phone, which took longer than anticipated, well past closing time. During the wait, he was personable, charismatic, and showed an overall attentiveness to his customer's satisfaction. We not only appreciated his gregariousness, but enjoyed his tales of current aspirations. He is the epitome of a customer service super star and has a amazingly, positive effect on customer interactions. He has a profound sense of service and customer happiness.
