Horrible!!!! The staffing issue is not paying customer's problems. I live 2.2 miles (7min) from this location. It took almost an hour for me to receive the order after receiving a message from the tracking system. I spoke to a gentleman stating the driver left 30 minutes ago. He also begins to explain the number of orders and staffing concerns. I asked for the GM. Assistant manager Victor reviews the map and tells me that the driver had deliveries before my order. How many orders did the driver deliver before my order? Victor tells me one order. The driver pulled up during the conversation. I asked the driver how many deliveries did he have before my order. I wasn't surprised he said I was the first stop. Who is telling the truth, the driver or Victor? Victor gave me nothing but excuses and never apologized. THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND NASTY. I asked when would the GM be available? He tells me he doesn't know when his plane will be in. SMH. I asked should I just pick a day off the calendar to call? Needless to say, I didn't get an answer. Of course, I had to ask for the GM name which is Carlos. I use to be zoned for the Avalon store, which I NEVER had any problems. Now I guess this dump is the new store. Read moreI don’t normally make bad reviews but after multiple bad experiences with this location I feel I have to. The first time we ordered we got molten lava cakes covered in Parmesan cheese instead of powder sugar. When we called to let them know their excuse was “we are busy” that really isn’t a reason to put cheese on a dessert like that. The second time we ordered they came as cold hockey pucks. Lesson learned we stopped ordering the lava cakes and ordered another dessert the third time which would have been great if they remembered to actually deliver it. I placed the order a day in advance for 6pm delivery so it would get here well before the Super Bowl started and it didn’t show up until 6:20 and half my order was missing. No problem I call the store they tell me they’re “really busy” again I get that but I’m still missing half the food I ordered. They tell me they we will remake it and deliver it in an hour, ok we can be patient and wait; one hour goes by then two hours go by and still nothing by now no one is hungry waiting for the additional food that may or may not come. For context the food eventually did show up half way through the half time show making us miss a good portion of the performance. Read moreThis location has a horrible customer service. Ordered the food online it said food will be ready in about 15-20 minutes for pick up. Got the location about 15 minutes after I did my order. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or acknowledge neither was the gentleman that walked in right after I did. The guy that was in front of me and picking up his ordered it took the lady at the register about 5-7 minutes to find his order which she was going through every single order.When it was my turn she couldn’t find my order meanwhile it had been about 30 minutes that I had placed my order, she asked the gentleman comes back to me tells me that my order is in the oven. When she went up to the gentleman he said when you told her that I was going to say not is not the oven the order hasn’t been made. She said it will take about 10 more minutes for my order to be ready i told her to cancel my order because i had waited long enough, she told the gentleman and he came to the register with an attitude and told me that my ordered has been cancelled but dis not provided me with a receipt. I had to wait 5 more minutes to ask someone to give me a receipt showing proof that my order was cancelled and my money will be reimburse.
