McDonald's — Restaurant in Alafaya

Very easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I didn't go here with high expectations, I mean, it's McDonald's. Long story short, I got stuck in this Wal-Mart for over an hour, and was starving, so my options were limited. McDonald's was my choice, but the conditions were gross. The whole place needs to be cleaned better.

The cashier was fine, no problems there. There should have been 2 cashiers working (instead of just one) at the time we arrived, though.

We ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, a bbq onion sandwich, a large frie, and a rolo mcflurry. We tried to order two cups of water but were told that they don't do that here. What?! I'm not allowed to have water?

The bbq onion sandwich was pretty good. Tasty, flavorful, and cooked properly. The buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich wasn't good at all. It was cooked poorly (overcooked maybe?) And had no flavor at all. It was a chunk of chicken on a bun with nothing more than a slice of lettuce and some mayo. Also, this is not a cheap sandwich, especially for McDonald's. I believe it was $5 or $6. I've had one of these sandwiches before and it was significantly better at a different location.

Now, I love salty fries and McDonald's fries in general, but these fries had SO MUCH SALT holy moly. I couldn't even eat them.

The Rolo mcflurry made me laugh: they obviously didn't even use Rolo in the mcflurry at all. Instead, they put big chunks of chocolate and then pumped some caramel (you know, the stuff use for the sundaes) into the mcflurry. They also didn't blend it very well at all, so there were huge chunks of chocolate in there and all the caramel was sitting on the bottom.

this was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. The person taking my order was anticipative as if she knew what I wanted and I had to correct her several times, then she went on to blame it on her wisdom tooth giving her pain. Afterwards, I noticed that apparently she had a close friend of hers come in with three children, took their larger order and never took a payment from them while taking payment from the other customers. This is theft! I asked for a manger and explained what I saw and she responded as if it was none of my business, very unprofessional. I then asked for ketchup, she then threw it on the counter at me then all of of a sudden started to ridicule me, a paying customer! This is ridiculous at its best!! These are the reasons that many loyal customers of McDonald's are starting to dine elsewhere!! NO NEED TO COMPLAIN TO MANAGERS IN THIS PLACE, THEY ARE IN CO-HOOT'S TOGETHER AND ROBBING THE ESTABLISHMENT. THIS PURCHASE WAS MADE ON 14 AUGUST 2016 AT 845 AM. SO IF THERE IS AN INTERNAL INVESTIGATION, THE MANAGERS INVOLVED ARE A YOUNG HISPANIC OR BLACK FEMALE IN UNIFORM AND A WHITE FEMALE IN PLAIN CLOTHING!! I NOR MY FAMILY AND FRIEND WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Yes there are people that still use cash!!! And also debit and credit card. But today 6/5/24 I decided to use cash. When a customer hands you money and if there’s change you should know better to hand the customer their change back in their hands like they did to you. But she decided to put the cash and coins down on the counter. I held my composure and informed her what she did wasn’t right but another woman said that’s how we are trained!!!! Please McDonald’s tell me this isn’t true!! Another woman proceeded to tell me bye and she got some words from me that I’m sure she’s used to. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS McDonald’s again located at East Colonial at the Super Walmart !! To make it even worse the so called manager was standing right there and didn’t even open his mouth!!
