Atrocious. Shameless. Disgraceful customer service. Unapologetic manager/supervisor named Terrence. I used the app today to get food for my family. I ordered it and it said it would be ready at 745pm. I arrived at 746 in the drive thru line and the young lady said the two cinnamon apple pies were out so she could get me one Carmel apple cheesecake or two chocolate biscuits. I said the two would be fine. She told me they were waiting on the two biscuits and if I would park on the side she’d bring it out. 5 min nothing. 10 min two more cars next to me. No food. 15 min nothing. 20 min I go in and they look lost. I said y’all told me you’d bring my food out to the car. She said we are waiting on the biscuits. I went back out. Two of the folks next to me went in after me. Both came out with their food. 25 min nothing. 30 min nothing. 35 min nothing. 40 min I go back in. The nice young lady in an orange shirt says can I help you? I said, pointing at the girl in the black shirt, she said she’d bring my food out. That was 40 minutes ago! The manager, in a green shirt, name badge said Terrence, caught an attitude and sneered at me and said, I’m working on your order right now. No apology. No I know it’s been a minute. Nothing. I get the food. No drinks. I ask for my drinks. He gets them. I ask for the district managers number. He reads it to me from my phone. I don’t know if it is or not. He said it’s Carlos. It’s a he. I don’t know what he was upset about. I’m the one been waiting 45 minutes for some fast food chicken. I’m gonna track the district manager down myself. I get home. Food is cold. Two of the three sodas are flat. Just a terrible experience made worse by a shift leader who should never ever be in customer service. He was awful. Read moreThe level of service and professionalism here is terrible. Placed a drive through order and had to wait 10 mins parked on the side waiting for my order. Drove 8 miles back home to find out that all I was given was 6 tiny wings and not the full meal. I wasn’t driving 16 miles round trip wasting gas for fries, a biscuit, and dipping sauce. I immediately called the District Manger, Carlos, whose name is on the bottom of the receipt… received no call back. I called again 4 days later and nothing. So I called the store and asked for the manager. A woman with a Spanish accent answered and claimed she was the manager. I explained that I didn’t receive what I ordered and she replied, “There is nothing we can do.” I was told that in order to get a refund that I needed to return the food. I explained that there was no food to return because I didn’t receive it and that it was ridiculous to drive 16 miles round trip at 10 pm at night to get what I paid for. I was again told there is nothing they could do. So I was basically robbed. I overpaid $15 for 6 tiny ghost pepper wings. Next time I will just go to Publix and get 20 wings for the same price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I never had a pleasurable experience at any Popeyes. Every employee always seems miserable so I hardly go, but this one is by far the worst. I should have known by the look of misery and annoyance in the girls face when I met her at the window. She had a suppressed attitude and seemed like she hated her job, let alone annoyed that she had to fulfill my order… they should just close this place down and Carlos should look for another job, preferably something remote so he doesn’t have to deal with people. Read moreI ordered my food online paid and all and got there about 15 min after it was suppose to be ready, I pulled up to the drive through window and they said they hadn't even dropped the chicken in the fryer yet. Now mind you the drive through was empty and they only had about 4 customers inside 2 of which already had their food so they weren't busy at all. They told me to park and come pick the food up from the counter inside in about 10 min which I had no problem with. So 10 min later I go inside and no one is at the counter or even bothered to acknowledge that they had a customer at the counter, I'm standing there for another 10 min before someone comes up to me and said that they were going to check on the chicken that they had supposedly dropped in the fryer, the manager then comes back and says that the chicken was still frozen and it was going to take a while to prepare, I asked her how long would it take and she said that she didn't know and honestly they might not even bother cooking another batch of them until tomorrow...all that after I had just ordered online and it was accepted payment and all smh the customer service here is the worst and this isn't the first time I had an unpleasant experience with the staff and their customer service efforts. I contacted support and will be getting a refund but it was such an inconvenience to deal with their dishonesty and being given the run around. Such a shame honestly I will not be going back to...
