Ive dined at several cheba huts in multiple states and is usually one of my favorite sub spots, but this is by far the WORST cheba hut location I've been to. The most skimp sandwich I've ever received from a cheba hut, 2 SLICES OF MEAT ON A $13 SUB!?!?!?! THE AUDACITY. The franchise owner whom put this policy into place should be put out of business and never allowed back into the food industry, Hope my wife and my 30 bucks was worth it, cause it will be the last!! IMAGINE YOUR BUSINESS FLOPPING CAUSE YOU WERE A CHEAP A$$ WITH LUNCH MEAT.... MY ADVICE, FIND THE SUB ON THEIR MENU YOU WANT, THEN GO TO PUBLIX AND HAVE THEM COPY IT YOU WILL SAVE ABOUT $5 BUCKS PER SUB AND YOU WILL GET A LEGIT SANDO, THEN JUST GIVE IT YOUR OWN STONER NICKNAME.
Edit update for owner reply: I have no idea what they are talking about my wife dapping up employees, and asking for stickers is a complete fabrication and lie. We got our disappointing food ate and left. I dont need to bring anything to the attention of anyone or pay for double protein. When the sandwich is already too expensive for what it...
Read moreCheba Hut is a cannabis themed sub shop that’s popular out west. Though I never made it during multiple trips to Denver (Snarfs is soooo good), I’d been wanting to try it for years. I was surprised they finally made it to Florida.
The vibe is completely off here if you’re looking for a certain ambience. The lights are too bright. The music is far too loud. The tables are too close together. It’s generally not a comfortable place to be when you’re in a certain, eh, State of Mind. I feel like this particular location must be run by somebody who just doesn’t get that a medicated person may not want to be blasted by 2022 pop music under blinding lights.
The subs are extremely messy. Maybe that’s their thing, but it’s a weird thing if so. Our La Canna and Thai Stick were soaking wet. When we went to pick them up, the bread totally disintegrated. I ended up eating the toppings with a potato chip like some weird hybrid nacho. It was an ok sandwich, I guess. I just wish it had stayed in sandwich form.
Two stars for Kool-Aid.

Read moreI recently dined at this spot and had quite the mixed experience. The food itself was good, with each sandwich presenting a distinct and enjoyable flavor profile that was a delight to savor. The ambiance of the place was beyond cool, offering a setting that was both inviting and unique, which I appreciated.
However, there's an aspect of the "weed" that felt a bit corny to me. It seemed like it was trying a bit too hard to be hip or trendy, which didn't entirely resonate with my expectations. Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, especially considering it was just a meal for one. The cost didn't fully match the overall experience, making it somewhat expensive for what you get.
In summary, while the culinary offerings and the setting were commendable, the atmosphere and pricing left a bit to be desired. It's a place worth checking out for its food and unique ambiance, but keep in mind the vibe might not be for everyone, and the prices are a tad steep for a...
