Great flavor. Good prices for a great product, but they really don't give enough protein. Fish rice platter is worth it. They have a tasty falafel, but it was too well done, I would still come back for them and ask for less frying time. Wings are good and spicy. I've ordered from here now 4 times. We ordered the Cheesesteak, and you can see in the pic that it had very little meat. The menu is not complicated..pick your protein..pick your style..add toppings and sauce. Good size bowl for price. They have sandwiches, rice platters, pita gyros, and salads at great price points. We got the combo rice platter with chicken (looks well seasoned) and lamb (square little chunks) (3.5/5). Small protein portions, but the other abundance of ingredients absolutely made up for it. Black beans (2/5 hard) over rice (3/5 oily ) peppers and onions sautéed, side of Lettuce and cucumber salad (5/5 so fresh!) I saw hummus and chicken peas as options for toppings as well. The sauce is where it shines! The white sauce is tasty, and they give you so much. I got the green sauce on the side. (5/5) The taste was off the charts! Cilantro flavored. I wasn't too impressed overall with the meat and rice, and I was able to add my own steak at home. While our meal was good when fresh, it did not heat up well at all. The shwarma is made to order. The salads are fresh. They have prepacked desserts. I am basing my rating strictly on taste, so I am not comparing to any other places. Service was ok. The server was not overly friendly (which is ok it was in the evening) he just wanted to take our order and cash us out. I am sure it will be better next time. Easy to find and park....

I went to pick up an order placed by my friend who has been saying great things about the food lately. I was the only customer in there. A young employee who is tall, white, thin and clean shaven was behind the counter. He did not acknowledge me or even look at me for at least 30 seconds. While I was waiting for him to finish making orders, another customer came in and was addressed promptly. When he left, I had been waiting 7 minutes and asked the employee how long I have to wait for some assistance. He immediately got testy and told me that he is busy and has a lot of orders to complete. I let him know that when you have a customer standing in front of you, they should be helped. I told him I was there to pick up an order. He said "oh, here you go" and handed me the bag which had been ready since I walked in. I let him know that he could have assisted me immediately had he only asked me how he can help. As I was leaving he gave a sarcastic remark telling me "sorry and have a nice day". Another customer had walked in as I was leaving and as I sat in my car I saw the customer reacting to what the employee was saying and he started staring at me. That employee is a terrible example of customer service and unfortunately was the only person available to assist people. He was clearly overwhelmed with the tasks at hand and no other employees came out of back to help. The food was good but I...

I've come to this place many times and normally their food is good. I've gone to the Sand Lake location also several times and they're very good. I was at this Location on east colonial on Saturday. Ordering 3, meal for my sons and myself. The food was not fresh the way it normally is It had a smell to it. And they did not put what was ordered , I I tried calling back and ask to speak to the owner or manager, and was told that no one is there. I spoked to Mohamed who was very rude and disrespectful and did not wanted to give his name at first. I called the Sand Lake office and asked for a manager or owner and was told the same. Spoked to Ahmed there. Seems like no manager or no one opened this place when you have a bad experience and paid your money.... What a COMPANY!!!! 6/12025 I'm changing my review as of today. After the bad experience, Asan reached out to me and was very nice , apologetic, and showed concern. He replaced my order and tood care of the issue. Very pleased and satisfied. 5 star all...
