I’m writing this review not as a customer, but as a concerned parent. My son was recently hired at this new ice cream shop, and the experience was incredibly disappointing.

There was no training, no clear direction, and absolutely no support.

Worse, after just one shift, my son was let go. It seems they’re hiring teenagers, throwing them in without guidance, and then firing them on the spot when they don’t magically know what to do.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you’re going to hire young people, you have a responsibility to mentor them, not discourage and embarrass them. I hope this business rethinks how it handles staffing, because first impressions like this can do lasting damage—to both your reputation and to the young people you’re supposed to be...

Went to Viola’s Ice Cream Social and the ce cream flavors we chose were so delicious. We ordered about 4 different flavors but may I just say, I don’t eat a lot of I cream and didn’t really know what I wanted but the employee that was working, her name is Chanel, she was so amazing! She gave suggestions about some of the flavors that she sold, she was sooo friendly and patient with us, her input was so valuable.
