But what get to my attention is the location over the Waterford lakes is getting into behavioral issues specially with the store Manager "Nickless".? Token over the customer, Yelling, Hung up the phone on me. Just when I told him the order is wrong. As paying $33 on small order and I received small pepsi and I did order 2 liter? I can tell you this Person Unfortunately presenting PIZZA HUT.. He refused to correct the mistake as acting as a hero and proud of his position..! Read moreFor this Pizza Hut to be in a very busy location in Waterford Lakes it is horrible. I walked in and there were boxes on the pick up counter where customers touch ect. I had to tell one of the employees that he needed to remove the boxes because the counter was an unsanitary place to prep boxes that you would be putting customers food in.
Upon receiving my order of the big box I discovered that my wings that I ordered were actually nuggets I explained that the worker that was not what I ordered, wings have bones in them those are chicken nuggets and the online pictured showed wings
He replied “let me get the manager” The manager came out and immediately approached me with “UNFORTUNATELY” and what he couldn’t do…I explained to him that “this is not how you address a customer who has a complaint……...”
Needless to say I did get the wings.
This review is mainly about the unsanitary practices at this location. And training the staff on customer service and how not to talk to customers like they are talking to their homeboys or friends!!
Corporate needs to come re-train the employees here as well as send in a cleaning crew because I had to dodge little black ants running wild across the countertop to swipe my credit card!!
And why were there cornmeal crumbs sprawled across the counter top?!! I wonder what the back cook area looks like!!
I will be calling corporate as well as I will be returning in about 2 months just to see if things have been addressed concerning this review. If not then I’ll be contacting FDA , the BBB and whoever else I need to call to fix this location.
Because what I will not allow is someone to get food poison when this all could...
Read moreWorst pizza hut I've ever dealt with. Wish we had the pizza hut near our old home. Had this experience twice at this location, never again will order from here. The first time pizza came 1.5hrs late and cold. Manager had to refund everything which doesn't help the fact that we still had cold food and late! This time, I placed the order at 8:44pm and was promised delivery at 9:41pm. I called at 9:55pm asking where was the pizza and they were just finishing the order. All the manager said was I'm sorry this is the best we can do. No refund, no real customer service, just sorry. Pizza got here at 10:16pm COLD! And pizza almost flipped over pushed to one side. This is ridiculous! I'm not looking for free food! If a customer orders food is because we're willing to pay, expecting to get something worth the money we all work for. If the crew and management here doesn't care for customers and what they are doing and just there to make money, please look for another job. We all are customers somewhere and we need to give our best whether we get paid $10/hr or $30/hr. But for what we received yesterday, that is not worth paying for at all! Ridiculous!
