Horrible service. Placed pick up order for my wife at 6:15. They said 15-20 mins. Great, let me order my pizza at Mod while I wait. Ready at 6:25. Wonderful. Wait in line to pay behind a couple ordering take out and cashier says 10 mins. 10 mins later, couple ordering ahead of me gets their food. 6:50, I stand up to look for the cashier. He sees me looking around and offers to check on my food. You should've already been doing that. I watch him walk over to the kitchen area and look for the food and look for the ticket. I can tell they couldn't locate the order and that it was never placed and he clearly told the cook to start making it. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering me those smelly pickles that I would've declined, he refused to look my way. 10 mins later, my food was brought to me. No offer of anything, even an extra couple wings would've been fine. On top of that I walk to Mod Pizza and of course they greeted me to tell me my pizza has been sitting a while. Wonderful. Not only do you make me wait an extra 30 minutes for my wife's food, you also screw up my dinner and make me eat an ice cold pizza. They do have nice take out containers if...

The food was great but unfortunately my experience was completely ruined by one individual, the closing manager. He was incredibly rude. We walked shortly after daiso closed around 8. The hostess and sever were very nice but mid way through our meal the closing manager came from the back and kept making comments loud enough for people to hear about how sad that he came on his day off and now he's closing. At another point he said what time are you leaving and we looked directly at him and he started rushing towards us like we called him. I said no we're still eating. By 9:30 I was beginning to question whether he was drinking because he was blatantly rude. My partner paid on his way to the bathroom even though me and my daughter were still eating our soup. Then he handed me containerd and a bag as I had my spoon and chop sticks in hand. I could not believe his forwardness. I was so upset by his demeanour and behavior that I asked for the manager. Turns out he was the manager and that conversation was even more of disappointment as he gave me fake apologies as he laughed. I still can't believe someone like that is a manager and working in...

Good food! I will eat there again! They have a SWEET POTATO NOODLE SOUP! I have a feeling it will be my new go to. The service for me was slow & long. So much so that my potstickers were overcooked, & my food was cold! 3 folks ordered & received their food long before I did. Still didn't get my food till 15mins after them. I sat for an hr for a 15-20min meal. What the f...! Do it again & I won't give you any business & word of mouth will always be negative. I ordered a staple, chicken cutlets, mixed rice & beef potstickers. That took an hr! I have plenty food service experience. That was simply disregard for the customer....Me. Fix it for it was completely unnecessary. I didn't do anything to deserve that unsatisfactory service. I couldn't even eat inside while there were clearly others able to. He raised his hand to stop me before I got past the Maiter'd stand. While others were able to sit inside with a smile & directions to a seat of their choice AFTERWARDS.
