Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alamo

walked in, approched the register and cashier was on the phone having a disscusion with someone and cussing turned back to look at me only to say sorry it was my sister, but she clearly saw me walk in and didn't stop the phone call. I was taking a look at the specials while someone else walked in so I let them go ahead and while the other customer was ordering the cashier kept screaming to someone in the back that was screaming back to them the person screaming from the back came out from the employee entrance to take a look in to the parking lot saw that I was sitting waiting and just gave me a nasty look and slammed the door and went back inside. I ordered the "throw back special" which is supposed to be $15 plus tax the cashier looked at me and said that's going to be like $19 and I asked how if it's $15 and she laughed and said I don't know taxes or something to which I answered I know taxes apply but how is it going to be a $4 difference she just laughed again kept looking at the special board and the screen as if trying to figure out why still said nothing I just told her it's fine I just wanted to hurry along because people were waiting in line behind me. I payed $19.98 when $15 plus tax ends up being $16.23 and then after that I waited like 17 minutes for 2 pizzas that are "hot & ready" while litsening to all the back employees blasting music and cussing and insulting eachother and I mean it was loud you could hear over the...

Little Caesar's pizza was nothing to be desired today. I went and placed an order of 9 classic double sliced pizzas and was told it fould be a 30 minute wait. They were working on another order for 29 pizzas and the a few people came in for 1 pizza and or 1 pizza and some bread. another person ordered 7 pizzas. However it is my belief all went to HELL because people that came in an ordered 1 pizza with or without bread orders and were given then then caused the larger orders or those who had place there orders earlier off and caused them not to be on time. Adding to this was the way that staff tried to excuse themselves not knowing what they said had already been done but there problem still occurred. Therefore the staff just came across as being rude to the customers who didn't take it too well. Things like napkins were given to me with a huffing "I'm mad and bothered" sound upon my request for it. When things started going wrong, I was actually told that "I don't control the oven" but really, in many ways they did, tyey just didn't know how to...

Absolutely nasty service. I called to order "Italian cheese bread" since they usually dont have it ready when you walk in. The guy the answer my call said it would be 25 min before it's ready. I said Ok. Drove there 25min. later and its bearly in the oven! So I had to wait more than 10 minutes watching them play around laughing and giggling. When my order was ready they come up to me saying that the bread got accidentally burned and that if I wanted another one I had to wait 25 more min. Such a nasty, disgusting, and absolutely low grade service...btw, there were more customers waiting over 20 min sitting on the chairs while the employees played around. SO NOT HOT AND READY. SO NASTY...
