Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alamo

I ordered online for a deal 2 medium pizzas one topping it took 2 hours and 30 mins to get my order delivered. I called to complain to the store no one answered, when I reached out to the door dash driver she was told by the manager to wait till her (mine) name was called. When we received our pizza after 2 hours and 30 dang minutes. ( mind you we live 10 mins from the location it’s self and it’s for my nieces . And it came completely cold and hard as if it was sitting in the back of the restaurant. Waste of time and money. Management is completely unprofessional and took no accountability.. only that “ it’s super busy in here today “ I get that but the matter of the problem is. Everyone’s time was wasted. And not enough people were working on a day it’s super busy...

I worked here for 2 years. The pizza trays get cheese and dough bits stuck on them , after the oven they get tossed on a dishwasher rack. The dishwasher sprays soap/acid/disinfectant and the soggy soapy dough bits get RE-BAKED with a brand new pizza dough. If you get heartburn from eating here it's NOT the tomato sauce. It's the ACID from the dishwasher that you keep eating. They don't have a guy scrubbing cheese bits off of 200 trays a day. As a matter of fact, the trays are tossed in a trashcan with Clorox. That's where they are kept .

Lastly, the servers don't know absolutely anything about the kitchen work. Granted the service will vary based on who attends to you. However the food quality is 2/10 . Food poisoning or stomach ulcers...

Finally made it out after the renovation and it was not worth visiting. First off the staff was just talking when we walked in and didn't even bother trying to greet us or sit us down until they were finished with their conversation. Then when we were getting our drinks there was no ice, took them like 10 min to add some to it, then when that happened they were out of like 3 different sodas. The pizza was fine but the wings I ordered were horrid. Tasted like they had freezer burn and they served me the wrong ones, asked for hot and got mild. They replaced them with the correct sauce but the wings were just as bad with a freezer burn taste. Really wanted to like this place because it looks so much nicer than before but I likely won't...
