I looked this McDonald's up on Google for their hours of operation since I had to walk there.
It says 6 Am across the board and was updated 6 days ago. There is no separate hours for dine in. I get there and the door is locked with 7 am posted on the door for dine in.
I called the number listed 5 times with no answer. They had a doorbell on the door so I pressed it. No response. So then I pressed it over and over and it seems that having an annoying doorbell gets a response.
A employee opened the door and I explained myself. He said I could walk up to the window and order. Not only is this a safety issue but I am not going to make a clown of myself. So I asked to speak to a manager and he left to get one.
For several minutes I waited again. So then I began spamming the doorbell over and over again and what do you know, A asian woman with a crew chief label shows up with an attitude that I don't need to hit the button over and over. Again, I showed her the hours posted on Google and that they were updated 6 days ago. I was not nice about it after being given the run around and lied to.
She said something but I don't understand heavy accents. She shut the door on me and I left. I am now eating elsewhere and writing this.
I went out of my way to ensure my time would not be wasted and McDonald's wasted it anyway.
This will not end here. Chamber of commerce, City council meetings. Time to be rid of these frauds in this town. Petitions, permits to protest are all...
Read moreWent inside the South White Sands Blvd McDonalds in Alamogordo and ordered two coffees to go, but mistakenly asked for McCafes, and she immediately came back with “well that could be anything”. So we told her we wanted two coffees. The employee (I believe she was as a manager), asked if we wanted creamer. Said she would put it in, OK fine. Then asked if we want sugar and we said yes but we wanted packets and she said ok. Handed us our coffees but with no sugar packets so we asked for the sugar packets. She said she put the creamer and sugar in it. We reminded her that we wanted sugar packets instead of her adding sugar. She then said “I told you I was putting the sugar in them”. We then told her again the we clearly told her we did not want her to put in the sugar and we had asked for sugar packets instead. She then accused us of being rude. WE WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION AGAIN. There is another McDonalds in Alamogordo so we will be giving our business to that location UNLESS their employees/manager also treat their customers with rudeness...
Read moreThis is one of 2 in Alamogordo. The new one is in the North end of town by the Texaco truck stop. The lack of five stars is due to their sometimes having an order not quite correct when it comes to special instructions. This is made up for by their food being made very well. The patties on the burgers are always hot and juicy. The fries are cooked well as is all of the food they provide. Now the new McDonald's on the other end of town, they overcook ( if that's what they do ) the patties every time. They are always hard, even the filet-o-fish is hard due to overheating or cooking ( whatever ) comparatively speaking, from one to the other. This McDonald's is excellent, the employees are polite and it is kept clean, as well as the restroom. I do recommend this place to eat and or bring the family to have a fast and good meal any time of the day. As always this is just Wild Bills opinion, have a great one. I...
