Arby's — Restaurant in Alamosa

I recently visited Arby's in Alamosa Colorado. At first the vibe was very welcoming and it seemed nice. As I was ordering my food I noticed an obviously new employee struggling to make sandwiches quickly as it was busy. I understand that it was a rush and they needed to serve food on time, my vibes was turned down instantly when I seen a fellow co-worker I believe to be the manager rudely scold the employee for being too slow. I will never return to this Arby's again as I do visit Alamosa a lot my sister attends college near and Arby's is convient to the location but sadly I will never return. I've never in my life seen an employee be treated so falsely!! Arby's I advise to get new management or train your employee's better until then please treat employees good especially in front of customers as it makes your restruant look very unprofessional. After we had a bad experience my husband emailed Arby's and the manager contacted us very shortly after to make things right. She assured us that the staff member who waa the source or our negative experience would receive additional training. When we went back they did indeed make things right. The person at the counter greated us with a smile, we only had to say our order once. We had no trouble finding a clean table. Don't bother to check the hours of operation, they don't follow them in Alamosa. We went earlier in the week. The marquee was lit and said open. When we got to the drive thru at 8:35. We were very rudely told that they were closed and come back tomorrow during regular hours. Their regular hours say they are open until 9 so, so much for that. We have to drive 20 miles to get to Arbys but have always enjoyed the food. No more. I also travel quite a bit with students. I will now be taking them to burger and taco fast food places.
