Denali Glacier Scoops Ice Cream — Restaurant in Alaska

This place has a sign visible from the highway with 5 inch letters outside which advertises Fresh Donuts; when I walked in and asked about these donuts, the girl working was instantly rude af and said that they won’t be doing donuts this YEAR..obviously a couple issues here: if you’re out of donuts, that’s one thing, but if you’re not planning on serving donuts for this entire year, then having fresh donuts written on your sign visible from the highway is false advertising. The other issue is how sad customer service can be at some places; do employees not understand that you’re allowed to convey information to a customer without having an attitude about it? And that patrons inquiring about an advertised item doesn’t mean that you should become antagonist toward your customers? Ice cream was good. The lady who run the place was extremely rude. Basically ruins anything nice about the icecream and the beautiful views around. There was a sign that said “i’ll be back…helping at subway”. Went to subway to only ask when/if we can expect the shop to be open. She rudely said “don’t know” and rolled her eyes. Another lady at the counter pitched in with “do u see the line here? N u want icecream?” when I was only asking how long should we wait. Both of them acted as if I was asking them to give me free icrecreams that were guarded by dragons or something 😂 I will miss the icecream but will avoid the place next time only so that rude employees don’t spoil your mood. Terrible service. There was a guy and a girl working there when I ordered 2 cones with 2 scoops. The guy barely scooped up some ice cream on both tries. I questioned him if that was 2 scoops and he said yes aggressively. It was almost equivalent to 1 scoop. I got them for my kids so I just paid but I do not recomend to anyone. Also I asked the young lady if their cinnamon rolls were fresh and she made eye contact with me and just keep ignoring me. Finally she answered sorry the music is too loud as if it was an excuse why she couldn't answer me . The guy heard me all 5 times of me asking and answered rudely and said they dont have any right now. Poor ethic. Not worth paying $9 for basically 2 empty cones of icecream.
