Grizzly Burger — Restaurant in Alaska

Stopped in to get dinner because we heard from others it was great. I will say the peanut butter cup boozie shake was amazing. Placed our order and another server dropped it off to us and asked if everything was good, she delivered two meals but mine was missing. We told her this and she said she would look into it. Meanwhile our server never came back to check on us at all. Still no meal for me yet….now my party is finished eating and our server shows up to deliver the check….I asked if my meal was coming out soon? She said she would go check. She went to the manager he looked over at us and then she went to out the order in. Five minutes later she brings the order and says sorry for the delay (20+ minutes). I asked for a box, another server brought it over and then we get the check. No manager came to apologize or even see what the issue was….Toya (server) it’s ok we all make mistakes …..manager (???) you...

Absolutely terrible service, do not recommend. I walked in to place a to-go order and was told to order at the bar. At the bar, the staff ignored me for a long time before I finally asserted myself. Upon ordering, staff were incredibly rude and did not provide a receipt until I requested one. When I asked about how long the order would take, the staff just said they had no idea. I was shocked by this rude and dismissive response.

In the end, I waited about 20 minutes and when my order was ready, the staff initially had no idea who to give it to because they did not ask for my name, number, or any info. So I had to be on alert and watch the staff the whole time to ensure that I received my order. While the food tasted ok, this place seemed understaffed, disorganized, and overall horrible service and unpleasant atmosphere. Would give zero stars...

Great shakes, burgers, and chili! Amazing atmosphere!!! Only thing is the worst wait staff!! The waiter forgot my salad dressing, I asked 2 times for it and eventually got a hostess to get it for me. When getting the bill I asked for a refill on my soda to go, he cashed us out and never brought the soda, never came back. There was a waitress with a cup of soup coming through some people that clearly saw her and were moving and she’s shouting “coming through” rudely as if she had a hot plate full of food. The table next to us asked for water when their food was dropped off and they were rudely looked at and sighed at before the staff would come back to them. The only people nice in the establishment were the hostess’. Would not go back just because of the...
