Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

So yesterday 3/24/2024 was my FIRST time ordering at the (new) Domino’s on College. I placed my order online! I ordered wings & an large Wisconsin pizza. Online didn’t let me add line of comment so I can let the cook know that I wanted my wings baked twice. So I called & I had THE WORST customer service. He (she) dried talk me an didn’t showed no type of gratitude when answering the phone or speaking with me. He (she) didn’t even tell me how long it’ll take.

Once I arrived to pick up my order. Mind you, it’s my first time. This person was the only one working (thank you) but he/she wasn’t busy AT ALL… I wasn’t in a rush, he/she went to get my wings out the oven & took them out with his/her bare hands “EW” then rub his/her pants “EW”.. I looked at my Wisconsin pizza an he/she didn’t even add all the 6 cheeses.

After seeing my pizza and watching him/her grab all my wing with his/her hands. I asked him/her “why didn’t you put on gloves” he knew it wasn’t right. He/she said he/she could remake it but I didn’t trust this person handling my food after witnessing his/her customer service & the kitchen was DIRTYYYY nothing was put away properly.

I went to the Domino’s on Merher Ave. & I explained to them the situation and I left an happy customer. They Wisconsin pizza had the perfect amount of cheese & my wings were handle with love. Everyone had on gloves as well.

I give the Dominos on College 1 star. You do not have to worry about Kesha Grant ordering from you no more. Y’all maybe new but your service is...

Ordered a Brooklyn style pizza, sausage and mushrooms. This is the worst pizza I have ever seen. The cheese was even dried out! Are people too lazy to even cut the pie into 8 slices?? I'm serious this makes me not want to ever order from this store ever again. I called to ask for a remake or refund and they jumped on the refund. Something tells me they will screw that up too. I know I will never get the tip or delivery fee back and dam, I'll pay someone to come get this disgusting pie out of my hotel room. I decided to take a bite just to see how bad. Worse than a baseball stadium slice..had to kill my beer to wash that single bit down. I guess I'll call and get taco bell delivered instead...a case of the Hershey squirts would be better...

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Time. I ordered a small pizza and garlic bites from Domino's (3451 College Rd), hoping for a quick meal. The advertised delivery time was between 8:25 and 8:45 PM, but after waiting nearly an hour, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called the store to check on the order, and the employee informed me it would be another 20 minutes, bringing the total wait time to over 90 minutes! This is far from the level of service I expected. No updates were provided until I had to make the call myself. If there were delays, I would have appreciated at least a heads-up, or even an updated delivery window. Very frustrating experience. I hope they can improve communication and reliability...
