Ordered chicken strips lady misheard me and brought me fried chicken while I stepped away from my table. I brought the order back up to them and explained I think they brought me the wrong order and I had ordered chicken strips immediately the worker got aggressive telling me that’s what I ordered and chicken strips don’t come in a 4 pc. When I asked he why she didn’t say that or correct me while ordering she said she assumed I wanted the 4pc fried chicken I reiterated at the end of my sentence, I said strips and if I could just get strips instead of fried chicken. She refused to correct the order or give me a refund. Thankfully the owner of the bingo hall made it right. Didn’t eat the food due to how rude the front counter lady was and ended up giving the food away. The food is typically decent for the price, but will not be supporting this business at all...
