I rated TWO stars bc they did answer the phone. The gentleman that answered initially told me they didn’t have the Beyond Meat pizza anymore but he placed me on a NINE minute hold to make sure. He came back to say yes they have it, but when I went to order I was placed on another SEVEN minute hold. Then a lady came on, took my order, but couldn’t find the code for the pizza. I wasn’t put on hold she just yelled back to her coworkers to find out. So I was told 25 minutes for pickup bc they’re running behind on orders. I then asked for curbside to minimize contact..no problem she said! I get there in 20 minutes, sit in the parking lot waiting for the call I was promised. EIGHT minutes go by so I decide to go in to check on my order and at least now I can pay for the pizza. The cashier was the same lady that took my order over the phone. She charged my card, apologized and told me it will be another FIVE minutes. I told her no problem, I’ll be in my car. I even pointed to my car (right in front of the door). She said she’ll bring it right out. I SAT IN MY CAR FOR ANOTHER 27 MINUTES just to go back in, waited at the counter for FIVE minutes pushing the disassembled bell. She comes from the back with my pizza just to say THEY DID’T TELL ME...
Read moreCalled to find out the status of my order THREE times after waiting 2.5 hours for my food and the store did not answer once when the call center attempted to transfer. They told us that they were transferring us to the manager and the first time someone picked up the phone and hung up. The second and third time nobody answered. I believe the store was overwhelmed and the manager and staff was incapable of fulfilling orders at the pace they came in.
The best part, I waited 2.5 hours just for my order to be prepared wrong and the food taste dreadful. Only decent thing about this was my delivery driver; she was very apologetic and sincere. Remedial training for both the staff and the manager is an understatement.
Not sure why I'm surprised, just take a look at all the similar reviews about how management runs this store. This was around 5:48pm on a Friday night if corporate or any management wants to actually take accountability for the subpar performance this store seems to deliver.
No one out pizzas the hut...yeah, ok.
UPDATE: 1 March 2025 - filed a complaint to see if anyone from store management or corporate would reach out and after being told in several emails someone would, I never did...no accountability these...
Read moreI don't like to leave bad reviews, and this is the first one I'm doing. I ordered a pizza from this store and had no issues with the orders updates until a driver was trying to deliver. The gentleman called me to inform me he had to pass my order off to another driver who has base access, and that he'd have this driver give me a call. I waited exactly one hour from the time I got this phone call to call the store and figure out what was going on. Checked my order status through the phone menu options, amd was informed my order was canceled. That was mildly annoying. The truly annoying part is when I called the store to see what was up, as I had the understanding that there was a driver who could deliver on base on shift, and the two times I called, not only was the phone not answered, the first time I got disconnected. I appreciate the delivery gentleman for giving me a call, however I would have appreciated some form of communication from the store that my order was canceled. Or at least to have the phone answered. I hate being that person, but I feel it is justified here. I will be looking for a full refund (to include tip) in my account.
