I had eaten there once before, the food service wasent the best. Servers were slow, forgetful and busy trying to show off to the pretty well dressed women that showed up while I was there. I had not gotten my soda until the end of the meal and he made a half hearted apology as he walked away, half yelling it back at me about the delay. But I forgave them because the food was pretty good even after the change in service.
This time opted for pick up, and ordered a dinner and asked for shrimp, it was 2 dollars more then the menu online. That in itself didnt bother me, but they sent me home with the curry and no rice. I came back from picking up the rice and had nothing but potatoes and a few slices of chicken in the container. so after the second mess up, I called back and they offered to replace my meal.
On a different day, I tried to pick up the curry and they would not let me in the door, tried to charge me 2 dollars for a mask that I didnt need and tried to refuse to walk the 10 feet to the door and hand me my food. I understand due to covid, but their mask wasent on properly either. Realizing I had been shorted a container of rice, I called and the server argued that they had not gotten the order wrong, and that I had gotten free food and that one 3 oz container of rice was all the meal got.
If I could rate less then a star, I would. Serving sizes shrank and you can stand at the door for 30 minuets without them...

We decided to try the following weekend and we decided to order online and just pick it up... We waited for the text notification but did not get one. We placed our order at 6:45. I called the number given 5 times and no one answered, so we decided to drive up there and see if it was ready. When we got there no one as the front, and there were others waiting as well. After waiting finally someone came to see what we needed. I told him we were there to pick up our online order and he looked at me and said that he didn’t even send my order in because they cook the fine in orders first. I looked at the tables and only seven families were seated. He pointed out the guy sitting on a bench behind me and said he’s been waiting for two hours... I told him I paid $130 and he gave me my order and said to call and ask for a refund because if he placed my order at this time it would still be another 30 to 45 minutes... I am now sitting in the drive thru at Panda very disappointed... There was no call saying we cannot prepare your order or anything... we would still be waiting for the text update if we had not driven up there... Bad service!!! Read moreMy families food was pretty good however I ordered the Pad Thai which was very salty. I couldn’t eat it so we waited patiently and our waitress never came back to see how our food was. My husband finally flagged down another waitress who was nice, she spoke with the manager and insisted they would make me a new plate. I really just wanted a refund since my family was almost done eating but she insisted. By the time the next plate of Pad Thai came out my family was done eating and it was still horrible and very salty. In the meantime our waitress finally resurfaced after a long while and had no idea I had to have my food remade. She talked about the half price meal for my kid as there special not even noticing there was a full plate of uneaten food on my plate and handed us our bill. While she went to run my card for an expensive, unappetizing dinner the other nice waitress came back and noticed my uneaten food. She offered to get the manager remove the tab and the clueless waitress returned and had already run my card. At that point I just wanted to leave so I took my card and left.
