Yesterday, around midnight, I experienced an unpleasant situation. I work as a delivery courier and, as usual, arrived to pick up an order for a customer. When I got to the restaurant, I saw that the drive-thru line had wrapped around the building. I waited for more than 30 minutes but never even reached the ordering microphone. My patience ran out, and I had to cancel the order.
Wanting to understand the delay, I drove up to the window and asked a simple question: “Guys, why is it taking so long to process orders? I’ve been waiting for over half an hour just to pick up an order worth $4!”
In response, one of the employees rudely said: “Do you want me to spray gas in your face?Come in”
I find this behavior completely unacceptable. Like other couriers, I am simply doing my job. Delivery is my main source of income, and these situations happen regularly. After 10 PM, the lobby is closed, which leads to massive lines forming outside. Sometimes, we have to wait over 30 minutes just to pick up food.
Meanwhile, the customer who placed the order has no idea that the courier is stuck in a long wait. By the time the food is finally picked up, it has already gone cold and lost its quality. What’s the point of fast food if it becomes inedible before it even reaches the customer?
I urge you to address this situation and bring some order to the process. Additionally, staff should be reminded of proper communication etiquette with both customers...

sometimes, its fine, because i carry cash on occation, but its just such a hastle when i drive 20+ minutes to the closest 24 hour mcdonalds and
theyre absolutely SWAMPED! theres SO many cars at night the line wraps around the building! when you finally do get up to the register, they tell you cash only, i just sat through 30 minutes of the line to be told they wont accept my money because they refuse to get another machine. mental.
food is usually good, its hot, and quick when the line isnt crazy, ive had a few people with snappy attitudes, but usually really good with order speed.

Read moreI am going to stop coming to this location. The workers are extremely rude and agrumentive towards customers. The 1st window I would ask for the receipt and they wouldn't give it they would ignore you and shut the window. Then the 2nd window would ask for the receipt then getting gruff and argumentive then they would never get the orders correctly. I would tell them what I'm specifically ordering and ask more then a few times if they are entering it correctly and they would say yes. Then I get my order and it's wrong. I tried calling for the Manger on shift and she is acting as if she is too busy to answer the phone. Still waiting for the return call. Wow. They are so unorganized and unprofessional.
