McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

Have been thru Anchorage airport many times. Aways visited other establishments to eat. Decided to try a quick meal to go from somewhere new. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo with large fries and an iced mocha. The disappointment starts here. Our drink was first. . . So bitter and no mocha. Asked if they could re make it, but there was only 1 person available who knew how to make drinks. Got the new one, and at least it looks better, but it's still bitter. Spend the extra, go to Starbucks, and avoid this cup of disappointment. The lady with the next order tried to send her "chocolate" shake because she was handed a vanilla shake but was told it was chocolate. She told me it wasn't worth the hassle and moved on. 5 minutes later, bag in hand, I pulled out the large fries. Not even enough to come to the top of the opening. Sandwich now in hand, as well as a fading hope of anything good, I open it up. 3 pickles, 2 buns, and 1 piece of chicken. All this for $17 and change. Disappointment complete. --5 STARS Absolutely horrible service! Their were three crewmembers changing out/ getting off shift that we're walking around behind the counters, playing with their cell phones. One for literally was twirling her hair around while flipping the fries out of the fryer basket (with one hand on her cell phone of course) took me 16 minutes to get a Big Mack, and a cheese burger. Plain with nothing else. Moments before my name was called out their were 14 receipts on the sneeze guard! 14 different orders?!?! I visit this airport very very frequently and I will by no means in hell be giving this establishment any of my money for their overpriced, thrown together, dried out food. Service at this location has been on the decline. Today was the worst I’ve ever seen. I waited 40 minutes for my food. They had a sign up that they wouldn’t take any orders from 4am to 410 and it was 445 before they began taking orders. I ordered through the mobile app at 402am and didn’t get my food till 445am. At one point a lady in line asked one of the 3 people working “about how long do you think it’s going to be as we have a flight to catch?” A the employee just stared at her blankly and didn’t respond.
