This particular location has taken some strange protective measures, only allowing guests to enter their arctic entryway to both order and receive food from a table set up blocking the main entrance. This creates awkward moments for those trying to pick up a call-in order and makes social distancing impossible in the cramped space. It also creates awkwardness for employees since there is no register at the entrance, forcing employees to constantly dash back and forth between the door and the service counter.
The only way to keep proper distance is to wait outside, but their system takes so long that a line inevitably forms. Be prepared to wait for a while even if only one or two people are in front of you. And if you called ahead, your food will be getting cold the whole time. It seems other restaurants have figured out more efficient procedures. Panda Express should take note. Like I said, we like the food, but it's not as good cold. I'd come by more often if they'd make adjustments that would seem to benefit both employees...

I ordered food for delivery along with my brother, and our food was badly undercooked. I got in contact with the store and only received platitudes, and upon my brother throwing up from the food poisoning, I got in contact with the Alaska Food and Health Department. They assured me that they’d investigate the store, so about two weeks later I felt confident enough to order from them again. Unfortunately nothing changed; my food (orange chicken) was undercooked again, and on top of that the egg rolls weren’t cooked right this time. I ended up having severe nausea. I haven’t ordered from them since, but a coworker of mine told me they’d gotten food from the place only to get severe food poisoning. Read moreWaited in line at the drive through for 22 minutes, 15 of which were at the actual pick up window. While waiting, 2 people came over to ask if I had paid yet. A third came over to ask if I got my food yet and then a few minutes later asked what I ordered. I gave him the receipt and finally got my food but of course got home to realize the sauce was on the side even though I asked for it to be on the chicken, and there was no sweet and sour sauce even though I asked for some for my egg roll. Terrible service.
