BEST PHO IN ANCHORAGE HANDS DOWN!!!!! Seriously, the broth is Delicious and flavorful. Their egg rolls are crispy and delicious! I usually only get pho when I go here but I have dabbled and tried other dishes. I have tried their curry and pad Thai. Their pad Thai was ok. Not awful, but not great like their pho, but that is expected coming from a Vietnamese pho place. Their Thai curry is very good but the only thing I don't like about it is they put canned green beans in it. The rest of their veggies in their curry are fresh veggies. I'd personally just leave the canned green beans out. Besides my two little complaints their pho is phenomenal and the staff is always very friendly! They go above and beyond. My Anchorage friends recommended I come here and the pho I ordered was delicious due to the flavor of the broth. The service was fast and professional; I'm not sure if Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" song in the background is appropriate as I slurped my soup. I ordered the pho combination, with scallops and asked for an avocado shake with less sugar. The hostess complied and brought them out perfectly. Been going here for awhile you could call us regulars but every time we go there the service stinks she’s never friendly and always gives us less and less noodles every time we go there like we’re not well paying customers weekly. The food is always good but it’s just the service because every time we ask for extra anything she gives us a look and always charges us for the smallest thing.
