Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alaska

BUYER BEWARE On 08/29/23 at 11:30am, I attempted to pick up an order for a customer as a delivery courier. The front doors were locked, so I proceeded through the drive-thru as I assumed was their wishes by having the door locked at this time of day. Once I got to the window, I was harassed by young black female employee for entering the drive-thru. I explained that the door was locked and I did attempt to enter, but I continued to receive an aggravated response telling me I need to enter the lobby the next time because they are short staffed. This was very frustrating because I was and am always cordial when interacting with food service employees, both as a customer and when I am acting as an agent for another customer. Having my career in retail, I completely understand what it's like to be short staffed, but that is no reason to take anger out on someone else who is just trying to do their job. This location's employees routinely forget that, as an agent of their customer they are making food for, I should be treated with the same respect as though the customer was picking up the order themselves. I always have treated the employees at this location with respect, so this was the last straw for me. On many occasions it has taken 45+ minutes just to get a simple meal out, which is absolutely absurd for a fast food restaurant. The customers they are serving through delivery couriers will always receive cold food even if they live just a mile away. My family and I will no longer be providing business to Taco Bell of Alaska as a result of this extremely poor interaction with this...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Service is horrible... food you order is never prepared full and ju can taste nothing but the shell... they give a small.scoop of meat is bearly enough meat to go from one side of the chulpa to the other... let alone all you taste is lettuce and shell... worst chulupas in the world... looks nothing like the menu. its a waste of money... and time to go here... they have official lost my business along with several of people... sad this place stays in business... small taco wasn't even filled to the top... this taco bell is a disgrace to the name!! The pictures is what you will receive for 15 dollars... very over priced... horrible management and service... better off going somewhere else to get some of you money worth... this isn't even worth $5... came inside to discuss with management told me that's how they make it and that this is consistent across all taco bells... employee claims he's a GM... really young yo be one... but hey that's who you guys having represent taco bell speaks for itself... again... YOU HAVE LOST SO MUCH BUSINESS DUE TO YOUR PRACTICES ITS REDICULOUS... THATS WHY THERES NO MORE WAIT LINES WHEN YOU DRIVE BY ANYMORE.... KEEP UP THIS FANTASTIC JOB... IM SURE PEOPLE LOVE GETTING CONSTANT MESSED UP ORDERS... NASTY FOOD... NO MEAT OR BEARLY ANY MEAT TACOS/FOOD... I HAVE NEVER HEARD SOMEONE TELL ME THAT THIS WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IS CONSTANT WITH CORPORATION STANDARDS... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE...

Yes, this Taco Bell is very clean, staff has always been friendly, and I frequently buy tacos late at night when I am driving home. I have had no complaints about the food, ever, but tonight I ran into an issue. It was the first time I went into the restaurant to order because I needed to use the restroom. I ordered and went to the ladies room. It was clean and seemed to be well stocked, that is until I went to wash my hands. There was NO soap, at all, not even the little bit that comes out when the soap is about to run out. I pumped and pumped and nothing. I tried to at least rinse my hands with hot water, but no go there either. Ran it with the handle turned one way and then the other, but only cold water. I dug hand-sanitizer out of my purse, used it, and then went to go get my food. Told the cashier about the no soap issue, she said she would have that fixed, and then handed me my order. I left and got halfway home when I realized that the same bathroom that the public uses, the employees also use. There had obviously been no soap available for awhile for anyone to wash their hands with if absolutely nothing was coming out of that dispenser. So employees had been using the bathroom and not washing their hands and then going to prepare food...I couldn't bring myself to eat those tacos when I got home. I threw them out. Not sure I will be going...
