Quick & dirty: I'm a bell curve kinda gal so this place is decent/good. Seeing it is a chain I'll give it another go elsewhere to better judge the place. And will try their seafood tacos or burritos a la carte instead because their rice and beans were kind of meh to me. Hint: there's a small (3%?) discount for cash and an additional surcharge (~4%) for credit card!! It's not bad... Portion was decent although initially I was disappointed with the size but I guess my eyes were bigger than my stomach because 4 corn tortillas later (ordered carne asada combo) I was satisfied. Not thrilled about their rice and beans in the combo... Not very tasty at all and a little on the dry side for the rice. Due to covid, no dining in and this being my first time there I didn't know to ask for salsa sauce so the meat was a little dry to me. As the dish got a little cold, the fat settled in the plate and left a film in my mouth so hopefully you don't live too far away!

Chimichanga was DELICIOUS! Fried ice cream was just as good. Their sides were also good(pico, red&geen salsa).Customer service was very friendly, cook was amazing. He was quick and you can tell he cooks with passion(not just quick and sloppy). Both my boyfriend and I enjoyed the food so much,we are definitely going back to try all the other foods on the menu. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.🤗

I have to say I absolutely love Taco King, but this was the worst visit I've had they tried to charge me $45 for a tip and wouldn't give me the receipt until I demanded it. Then they gave us the wrong food for 2 out of three of the orders and the third one was not even cooked. Never coming back to this Taco King again

I would like start off with I've never had a problem at any location until today. I stopped by the Northern Lights location around 6:40 PM and walked into a empty restaurant and no staff behind the counter. I went on to the restroom to wash my hands and when I walked out I used a few napkins from the table because the paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom was empty. The two men behind the counter were staring at me intensely and with that look I decided to leave because it was not very welcoming. They informed me that I need to ask to use the restroom. I said I was going to order but with the look and no formal greeting I decided to go. Then the insults began from the younger man with glasses going far enough to say to get out and I need to watch my mouth. He was about to come around the counter and I said kindly please don't go there. I drove to the Huffman location to eat because they are wonderful people :) We all have bad days but you cannot berate your customers. Im currently writing this review from the Huffman location and have left my name and number with them so perhaps management will reach out and help this young man with customer service. There is...

Worst Mexican food I've ever ate! I love Mexican and I'm not that picky usually when it comes to food, but the burritos tasted horrible, the rice was bland not tasty at all, the tocos were soggy, the pico de gallo was watered down with a tomato core in it, was gross and soggy, my hard toco just fell apart when I picked it up, most horrible tasting salsa with no flavor and the lady I first spoke with was short and impatient.. I'm a server for 15 years and that is not good customer service.. Not cool even over the phone.. Sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes should be on the side, not mixed in with the burrito so it can get soggy especially on a delivery... I spent $33.55 on my order and I'd rather have save $13 and went to Toco Bell! Much better quality and taste! That's a shame! I wanted to try them out and I totally regret my decision.. Wasted money!! Their name should not be Toco King that is a joke! It should be called Toco Bottom Feeders! Save your money find a new place.. They need to get it together.. If I was able to rate no stars I would've! The only thing that was even worth it and not soggy was the special toco Carne Asada.. That...

Take my 5 star rating seriously as I am Hispanic and from Brownsville, Texas where the food is great!! Authentic food is always made from people who actually grew up eating it and cooking it. They are Hispanic and make their tacos as they suppose to be. Authentic tacos are not the hard shell tacos white people eat from Taco Bell. Gross!! The SPECIAL TACOS are the real tacos and are not soggy. ORDER THE CARNE ASADA SPECIAL TACOS AND SOME POZOLE. Your welcome!! Adios amigos!!

By the way, for those people who left bad reviews and recommended people to go eat microwaved food from Taco Bell and cried bcuz you did not want hot sauce bcuz your a pu$$y, GTFO. Ohh and also complained about these people barely speaking English also go F*$% yourselves. America is a melting poth where the majority of people are bilingual. "The total # of languages spoken is 311. That's 310 more languages more that you are able to speak. As a matter of fact, 60% of the world 🌎 speaks more than one language. That means that you and 40% of other people need to catch up," could NOT of said it better than Target...
