Manager Natalie was AMAZING! She really made the difference between it being another birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, and "the best birthday ever!" (My daughter's words, but I second that!!) Natalie was absolutely incredible as the host for my daughter's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese! She went above and beyond, making the entire event smooth and stress-free. Natalie took care of all the planning and clean-up, which was a huge relief for us parents. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail were exceptional; she even showed us some fantastic upgrades that fit perfectly within our budget, (the new trampoline addition for our 6-8 year olds for 1/4 of what it would be normally without the party, and upgrading our pizzas to larges for $3/each!) Thanks to her dedication, cheerful attitude, and expertise, my daughter's birthday was truly unforgettable! Natalie is the BEST, and we will definitely be having our party here next year! And we will be requesting Natalie as our host! She was always super happy to help and clearly enjoyed her job, and made the experience even more celebratory than the energy brought by our kiddos alone! (Which even I couldn't match!) Manager Rhonda helped us with planning over the phone, helped us upgrade our food and beverages to include our adults attending, and was so friendly, helpful, and happy to help! All of the staff at this location were friendly, so helpful, and responded quickly to any needs we had-- whether it was spilled drinks, help with games, or the little's requests to use the new Trampoline! The pizzas were hot and delicious, and most of the adults purchased the salad bar once they looked at how fresh everything was! Every detail was taken care of for us, and it was even more affordable than last year, when we just brought the kids and bought everything a la carte instead of doing the birthday package. I simply cannot say enough about how amazing Natalie was! By the end, my daughter and I both asked her for a hug! She truly gave us the most wonderful experience. I couldn't have even imagined how great our day ended up being! As long as Natalie is working there, we will be loyal customers and will be requesting her next year for my daughter's 7th birthday!!

This Chuck E. Cheese location has been around for many years and offers a mix of classic and modern games. While some of the older games have been there for over 20 years, there are also newer games with large screens that are sure to keep the attention of your broken TikTok brain for a few seconds The establishment has recently undergone some changes, including the removal of the animatronics and the stage. In their place, a large screen repeatedly plays a video. One of the best things about Chuck E. Cheese is that you can purchase time intervals with unlimited tokens. However, some games need to be recalibrated or are in need of repair. It's worth noting that there is one game in particular that may not be worth your time or tokens: the crane claw game downstairs. While it's certainly challenging, many kids have lost their tokens without winning a prize. Even after playing for half an hour, I was unable to win a ball for my daughter. It seems that no matter how perfectly you position the claw, it simply slips off the ball when it starts to retract. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese is a great place to bring your kids for some fun and games. Just be aware of the occasional broken or frustrating game.

Haven't been there in a couple of years it was fun. Wore mask and I had put my tot in gloves so she doesn't get too much germs 😂. Well better than not! Well im old school and I've been to the Chuck E Cheese dances in the 80 and that was fun. That's when we cruised the strip. But ya over the years I've had all 4 of my kids birthdays there and always had fun! I like the new where they give you the card with the wrist thingy so no tokens or tickets! Haven't has their pizza in a while, it was good. Soo everyone "You say Happy, we say Birthday!"

Bums eating scraps! DIRTY!! Does management even care about this place?! I wish I didn't have to give it a star. Once we walked in we noticed the crazy amount of trash, food, and drinks all over the floor. The employees were stepping on the trash and not one bent over to pick it up! Trying to find a table was tough not because they were taken but EVERY table was dirty. The tables weren't a one time use dirty it was 50 birthday cakes and pizza smeered everywhere dirty. Seemed like they never been clean thoroughly. We had to pick the less dirty one and put our drinks down. By the way, don't ever leave anything valuable on the table! The crowd that was there doesn't seem that trustworthy. After a couple minutes I look back at our table and there's children taking our cups and drinking out of them. This didn't just happen once or twice, total of 3 times!!! Take that back, don't leave anything on the table! The kid rides looked like they've never been clean. While we were walking around with our son we noticed a strange man who was talking to himself while watching the little kids play. When he was done doing that he was going around the tables and taking left over food and drinks. He's obviously done this before because he knew what he was doing! No one did anything about this guy and then finally we said something and they escorted him out. I'd say they acted pretty fast after we mentioned him so I'll give them that. I'm not saying this is their fault but they should be a little more strict on what they let the kids do. There was little kids watching babies because again the crowd there were irresponsible as well. I found babies on top of games or actually in the games while the kid who was watching him/her was playing on the game next to he/she. It was a nightmare. I know this was long but I think people should know about this terrible place. Hopefully, whoever is reading this will take their children elsewhere until they get their...

We usually come here once a month during the winter. Everything is always clean and organized. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Food is alright. Nothing to rave about but it's there to feed a hungry stomach. I have never felt awkward or worried about me and my kid being there inside. Outside is a different story but they can't really control that.

2 complaints:

  1. some, maybe half of the games upstairs were not working properly so you could lose coins over that. Could be the one time we went during a Saturday on Spring break but even on a random Tuesday, I have experienced that every now and then both up and downstairs. I'm not sure how to report faulty games though. Since there are so many, some similar to each other, it would be a little tough to explain?
  2. on the Saturday we went during Spring Break, I walked in half an hr after my husband and Daughter since I was doing other errands at B&N. The desk didn't stamp me and said I was okay to go in. An hr later, we were ready to leave and my husband wanted to test the security so he had me walk out with our daughter. Security guy seemed hesitant when I told him I don't have a stamp because I walked in well after my family. It may have been because he did recognize me walking in, maybe the front talked to him about it, maybe because my daughter is basically a carbon copy of me, but he let me...
