Not sure who manages this location but I will be finding out because this is just ridiculous. Every time I come something is wrong with my order, I literally ordered a roast turkey ranch and bacon and a chicken bacon Swiss, neither one had bacon. If you were out the correct thing to do would be to let the customer know. That's good customer service and would have saved Arby's a negative review however every single time my order is incorrect. I love Arby's but I can see why they are going out of business and it's not the food....
UPDATE: WENT AGAIN AND ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN, NOT TO MENTION LEWIS DOESNT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE A SHIFT MANAGER AND REFUSED TO TALK TO ME, EVENTUALLY HE GAVE ME HIS NAME. I AM THE ASSISTANT GM FOR A RESTAURANT HERE IN TOWN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY TOP PRIORITY. Yesterday when I pulled up to the drive-thru a very nice sounding young man asked me to place my order whenever I was ready I said okay and as I was about to tell him my order a very abrupt sounding female voice came across the speaker and said "We're closed" in a very abrupt non-apologetic manner like I was an inconvenience. Every time I have come here I have thought of making a 1 star review but choose not to. Customer service is nonexistent and the quality of food is inconsistent. I get 2 cups of cheddar every time I go to Arby’s, this is like the 10th time I have gone to the one on Slappey and they fill it up a quarter of the way. INCONSISTENT! How do I know if I should order 1 cup of cheddar or 5? Why are you charging me $4.00 for the equivalent of $1.60 worth of cheddar? I went back inside today and asked if I could get another cup of cheddar that was filled, she charged me for it- Then still gave me one that was a quarter of the way filled.
