Arby's — Restaurant in Albany

Not sure who manages this location but I will be finding out because this is just ridiculous. Every time I come something is wrong with my order, I literally ordered a roast turkey ranch and bacon and a chicken bacon Swiss, neither one had bacon. If you were out the correct thing to do would be to let the customer know. That's good customer service and would have saved Arby's a negative review however every single time my order is incorrect. I love Arby's but I can see why they are going out of business and it's not the food....

UPDATE: WENT AGAIN AND ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN, NOT TO MENTION LEWIS DOESNT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE A SHIFT MANAGER AND REFUSED TO TALK TO ME, EVENTUALLY HE GAVE ME HIS NAME. I AM THE ASSISTANT GM FOR A RESTAURANT HERE IN TOWN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY TOP PRIORITY. Online it says open till 10:00 I work late and I have gotten off twice now right before 7:00 p.m. and gone to Arby's 2 days in a row. Yesterday when I pulled up to the drive-thru a very nice sounding young man asked me to place my order whenever I was ready I said okay and as I was about to tell him my order a very abrupt sounding female voice came across the speaker and said "We're closed" in a very abrupt non-apologetic manner like I was an inconvenience. And tonight at 6:45 I decided to give him another shot so I went there again well before 7:00 6:30 6:45ish something like that same young man same nice attitude play shorter with welcome to Arby's place your order whenever you're ready perfect gentleman same lady said our system is down. Again no apology complete abrupt wording and tone again like I'm an inconvenience. It wasn't until after that that I checked the internet to see what time they actually close at and it states right there on the website for that location that y'all are open till 10:00 p.m. . From this point forward, I will take my business to the Arby’s on Dawson Road. They need to go ahead and close the one on Slappey. Every time I have come here I have thought of making a 1 star review but choose not to. Customer service is nonexistent and the quality of food is inconsistent. I get 2 cups of cheddar every time I go to Arby’s, this is like the 10th time I have gone to the one on Slappey and they fill it up a quarter of the way. INCONSISTENT! How do I know if I should order 1 cup of cheddar or 5? Why are you charging me $4.00 for the equivalent of $1.60 worth of cheddar? I went back inside today and asked if I could get another cup of cheddar that was filled, she charged me for it- Then still gave me one that was a quarter of the way filled. When I pointed this out her only response was to shrug her shoulders at me. The cheese does not even cover the bottom of the cup and the cheese ended up costing as much as half of my meal!
