Hangout Pizza & Pub (Previously Albany Pizza) — Restaurant in Albany

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese for the third time and every visit was a bit of a disappointment. Literally no cheese pull at all and what cheese that was there was dryly overcooked. If what I received actually had extra cheese I'd hate to see what the regular pizza has. The main part of the pizza is super thin and the crust is super thick in proportion. I carried a XXL pizza with one hand, no problem from the side of the box. That should put in to perspective how light the pizza was. I remember the original Albany Pizza Company and it was great most of the time. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm just tired of not getting a decent product for my money. I'm most likely not going to return, so please just do better to retain...

I called a order in 5 minutes prior to me getting there when I got there my order wasn't up she took my order there and then she put it up for the cook what kind of business is that that's no kind of business and I asked her you just putting up my order she said yes Asian woman and I said I called five minutes ago put up a order for pickup she never put in my order and she said she was busy nobody was in the restroom but just for people and I never answer the phone I called seven times I will never go there again they're lousy blasey owners...
