Messy Pizza, Messier Vibes We were the only customers there. No line, no rush. So you’d expect a solid experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Our pepperoni pizza looked thrown together, with toppings missing in random spots like someone forgot how pizza works. The breadsticks? Same deal — some with seasoning, some bare like plain dough sticks. For how slow it was, there’s really no excuse. The cashier was the one bright spot — super friendly and professional. But everything else felt like an afterthought. Tables weren’t clean, and underneath them looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. Dust, crumbs, who-knows-what — not a great first impression. The arcade was tiny and honestly not safe. The pinball machine was blocked off with cleaning supplies and random buckets stacked nearby. Not only messy but a real hazard if you’ve got kids running around. Oh, and outside? Employees’ vehicles in the parking lot had political flags flying — bold, in-your-face ones. Everyone’s entitled to their views, but that’s not something I expect to see when grabbing a bite with my family. All in all, the food missed the mark, the space felt unkept, and the whole experience just left us uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back.

First time here and at a Pizza Hut in many years. We put the order in online only to be told it would be 15 minutes or so. The moment we placed the order we received the message stating our order was ready. By our calculations the order didn't have time to be made let alone be cooked. Everything looked yummy by glancing at it however one pizza seemed to be done the other was very doughy and tasted raw. The wings were not hot or made to order. For the amount of money, one is charging you think things would be made to order and you would be trying to take care of the customer. The dining room was closed so we could not go in and pick the order up. We then had to use the drive through only to wait well over 15 minute to get our order. The customer service could be better. No receipt, no thank you, and NO HAVE A NICE NIGHT. It is enough to tell us we will not be back.

The indoor seating is an odd relic of when people used to go get pizza in person. I think mid-afternoon bring the youh soccer team still works, but the look on the young person's face when I said, "for here" was priceless. Drinks are bottled only, no fountain, ranch is pre-packaged single serving, and I'm willing to bet the dishes we ate off of were the only ones used that week. That said, the young server was very sweet and did a fine job given that they definitely did not come to work thinking they'd be waiting tables. Finally, the pizza was excellent served fresh, and the kids, who'd probably never had it that way, were amazed. The wings were also very good.

I show up for a my mother inlaws birthday gathering in which she had arranged with them the day before to use spare/bar room. She let them know that there would be 19 people showing up. When we show up about 10 of our party order our drinks, and tell us they will be back to get our pizza order. Drinks show up, but they leave saying they will be back. Then 20 minutes later my bother inlaw shows up with his large family. he goes straight to the front desk and orders his pizza. I go up to the front counter to see if we can order, and am again told someone will be back to order. The pizzas that my bother inlaw ordered show up, at this point we have been there 40 minutes without getting our order in. At this point I have had it, I go to the front and ask to see the manager. I start to tell the guy who says he is in charge that we have been waiting 40 minutes, and the another guy from behind the counter ( who took our drink order to start with) pipes up telling me that they only have 3 people up front and that they are behind. I bring up the fact that I've seen at least a dozen take out order leave since we have been waiting. He gets somewhat angry and tells me that they must have ordered before me. REALLY, my bother in law gets there later then me, and is eating pizza, and there are somehow people in front of me. They eventually send in a young gal to get our order. She seemed a little frightened , but was the only one who seemed to care what was going on. We did get our pizzas, which were nothing special, an hour after getting there. They did comp us our drinks for waiting so long, but to late, we are...

So Pizza Hut has started using Doordash to deliver after 10 pm because apparently it's cheaper than paying local people a wage to do it. The last 3 times we ordered, the app notified me our pizza was done, and the driver was at the store, but they waited 15-20 minutes each time for a second order to be completed, then I watched on the map as they drove my pizza around for an additional 20-40 minutes while they made the second delivery first. I get cold, hard, inedible pizza now EVERY TIME I order past 9 pm because Pizza Hut is cares more about cutting any corner to squeeze another dollar out of an order than either negotiating that Doordash make every delivery a direct delivery, or paying the $2.99 fee for every delivery so their customers don't leave after getting sick of paying for cold, old pizza. I called the manager of our local Pizza Hut and was told there's nothing he can do because this is what Pizza Hut Corporation decided to do, and that it's not likely to change anytime soon. Pizza Hut is allowing a company who doesn't care about their brand deliver a sub-par (actually disgusting) product because it obviously no longer cares about customer retention. My family will switch to a local place that employs people directly to deliver their food without leaving it under a heat lamp for 20 minutes then driving it around for another 30 before it finally arrives. It costs a bit more, but my food always arrives fresh and hot.

Pizza Hut----Your customers want HOT, FRESH food. It's time to stop allowing Doordash to push your customers to other pizza places. I like your pizza, but the way you treat...

Blah! Ordered two pizzas and a Cinnabon desert. Delivery was very FAST so that is why it gets 2-stars instead of one.

The pizza's were hot, but the one with extra cheese, the cheese was not melted and cooked through. The sauce was all sugar, candy sweet and hard to eat. Is this new? If so, it's a bad idea unless it's Pizza for kids. It was not worth eating, but it was nearly 8pm and we were hungry so we ate a 1/2 a pizza and tossed out 1 and 1/2 pizzas. I can't see any way of saving them with bad sauce.

Now something that should be sweet the Cinnabon Rolls were sweet, but that's not cinnabon dough. It's like congealed paste and could be modified pizza dough. Nothing like what you get at Cinnabon stores our outlets. Not sure what that was.

I remember when we used to go to Pizza Hut and sit down and order a Pizza, have a salad before hand, and the pizza would come out HOT and it was an exciting event for a unique family treat.

I guess pizza hut is like a twinkie. I remember I liked them as a kid, but tasted one recently and either the recipe changed or I have.

I guess we outgrew Pizza Hut. Sad to say even Dominos is better.

So goes life, and goodbye to Pizza Hut. Not sure who your audience is anymore, maybe...
