i had a terrible experience with the girl at the window. we used to be friends but drama ensued and i decided that i didn’t want to be around her anymore. i came through the drive through for the first time in over a year and when she realized it was me at the window, she came over and aggressively yelled at me for 2 minutes. she asked me questions, and when i tried to respond maturely she would tell me that my answers would result in her not talking to me, even though she continued to yell through the window, and we already don’t talk. at the end of the interaction, Michaela aggressively handed my food to a very loving and confused Ally, and said “get her out of here.” I want to emphasize that in this moment I was a customer and she chose to act like a child. your employees should not feel comfortable yelling at customers. there’s no justifiable reason to act like that. i didn’t say anything to her, she just chose on her own wit to be mean and disgusting. i repeatedly offered to calmly speak with her on the situation outside of her JOB, but I guess she was just feeling brave because she was...

I'm disappointed by the fact that the restaurant have out taco vouchers at a local event. That they did not clearly state, that it was a single person per visit use. No where on the voucher did it state this. My family and I wanted to have an inexpensive family day due to the fact I have been out of work since August and we do not have much money to do things and when we tried to use them we were told at that time of the one per person per visit. The only thing the voucher said was good for one taco. I appreciate the fact that this corporation would give out vouchers for this, but in the future I would recommend being a little more clear on the use. We ended up paying for or meal and only getting one taco each. I know this seems petty, but with all the political correctness that is expected in our society these days when something says good one taco and had no specified rules for use, I expect to use as it says good for one taco.
