Came to Ross with my lady to do some Christmas shopping. While smelling the hand soaps, I was utterly surprised to hear the voice of somebody behind me saying “Excuse me but do we have a problem?” To my surprise it was Kimberly the store manager. She was very belligerent and nasty. She accused me of being a thief for smelling soaps. What kind of a world do we live in where we can’t even smell soaps before purchasing them anymore? I would just like to reiterate that she made me extremely uncomfortable. She was right in my face when I turned around to address who was behind me. Not only me but she made my gf extremely uncomfortable as well. We came to this location with hundreds of dollars, cash in hand. So my advice to you is not to shop at this location unless you want to be degraded for trying to spend money. Lastly, one more thing. Two words for you,...

me and my bf walked in planning to shop for Christmas. We were looking at the toys first then after we went to the soap section. We were smelling the different scents when the store manager Kimberly walked past me and stopped and waved at me. I felt very uncomfortable and watched. Then she came back for the second time and approached me and my bf from behind, Mind you i am a small person and she decided to get so close to me to intimidate me. She started yelling at us for smelling the soaps which is very normal because why would we buy soaps without smelling them??? Anyways she continued to yell at us and causing a scene. The worker today at the fitting rooms and the older lady who looks like she needs to retire treated me like a thief bc I decided I wanted the one pair of pants I hung the rest up and walked off the old lady chased me through the store and started shouting at me. Unbelievable I have shopped at Ross for many years but I will not step foot in this store again. You have insurance for thieves no need to treat everyone poorly. Screw this place will never be back nor will my family my mom witnessed the whole thing and was appalled.
