I will never be dealing with this location again. Everytime I have used them they have messed the order up. The last time I ordered from here the cashier took my order, my card info, my phone number and my address, giving me a 45 minute eta. I work in customer service, so I waited about thirty minutes past the eta before I called back. At first they didn't know who I was, then they finally found my order. They said they had tried to call me because they couldn't find the aparmtment and had left three messages. I let them know my phone had been right next to me and I had received no communication from anyone, much less a voice mail. Then they tried to verify my phone number and discovered hey, what do you know, the idiot who took the order got the phone number wrong. Not just by one number, but the whole dad-gum number. I don't like confrontation and so am pretty timid over the phone, even when I'm irritated. They did not apologize, and the tone of voice the manager had indicated that not only was he not sorry, but that it was somehow my fault. When I asked how long it would be to get it back out, they said they had already cancelled the order, I would have to pay again. The first charge would be refunded in 3-5 business days. It takes 20 seconds to charge the card, but heaven forbid they refund it on time.They said it would be no more than thirty minutes (it's just a simple pepperoni pizza) which of course took over an hour to come out. Then the driver got irritated with me when I didn't leave a tip. There's already a $3 delivery charge, and that's after the hassle I've already had to go through. It would've been easier for me to have just started my own franchise than to order from them, and that's what I'm going to do before I ever go back there. Read morePLS READ THE WHOLE THING* i really wish that i could give them 0 stars. bc their service and the attitude of everyone there is trashhhhh. my pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:50. i get there at 6:45 and go inside. they have a screen in there that tells you the progress of your pizza. mine said the pizza was being sliced and boxed. btw there were several people online behind me. i go up and say i would like to pick up the order for mothers name. she says that will be 25 dollars and i tell her that i already paid online. the kinda looks at me and gives me the look like “really. you are getting on my nerves”. she doesn’t speak to me agin and just walks to the back. i stand there thinking she is going to get my pizza. then i hear all this fuss and hear them say “did u make the spinach and tomato pizza” the lady walks back up like nothing happens and helps the next person in line. i wait and wait and wait. at 7:30 i go up and ask if i can get my money back. the same lady from earlier gives me attitude and says yeah i’ll go get my manager for u to talk to. she doesn’t go and get her manager for 10 min and instead helps the next people in line. the manager comes up and says something like i can give you store credit and i say sure bc i am just ready to go. she never gives me the store credit. once i finally got my food at 7:50, i get in the car and as we are driving away i look at the order and relies they have burnt the onions on one pizza and they put chicken instead of tomatoes on the other pizza. when we get home i eat the pizza to realize they put bbq sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza instead of buffalo sauce. i don’t suggest...

After some time passed I checked the track my order alert which gives the wrong information all together but I'm fair that's not on them that's a tech issue. So I give it some more time going off the info of my screen shot of the confirmation. But at this time it's been almost an 90 minutes. So I called and asked to check on the statues of my order .to which I was told it was cancelled .I asked why? They said no one answered the door.which I knew was a lie on the drivers end because we were sitting about 5 feet away from the door wit a porch light on and a doorbell .So they asked if I wanted it sent out again.i said yes cuz it's already being charged to my credit.i was then told it would take another 35 to 45 min .I told them no thank you it's already to late and asked how i get a refund on my credit card. I was told I had to be transferred to another number which was a dead line. When I called back to get the number to just make it easier I was told no it's up to your bank to refund in 30days.except I was just told that there was a department for credit cards.in the end I had to call my card and was given 2 options.one was to call pizza hut again or wait for the post and dispute.
