Disgusted and disappointed! Never thought I would ever say that about Papa John's. I placed an order online. Stated it would take 95 minutes but I didn't mind because it's Papa John's so it's worth the wait right? The pizzas, if that's what you want to call what was delivered arrived in less than an hour. It might as well as been made at Dairy Queen for all that it was a satisfactory order. The pizzas were not even cut. It was not fully cooked. The cheese had not melted in the center. The order was incomplete. I was missing several sauces that I paid an additional cost for. One of the sauces I ordered had spilled inside the box. When I called the store, the young lady informed me that she could give me a credit for the sauces in my next order. I explained that I already gave the driver a tip, she said there was nothing she could do. She said next time I order online don't add a tip on the website.
When I told her about the problems with the actual pizzas she just paused and I told her I was going to make a comment on the internet and she said ok. About seven minutes later she called me back and said she could have the driver just bring me the sauces. I told her I had already put a post on the internet. She said o, ok and hung the phone up. Papa John's, I must say I appreciate the customer service. Not onlydid I lose out on my delivery fee, I did not get my sauces that I also paid extra for and the tip that I added. And without all of those fees my order was still over $25, and one of the pizzas was underbaked and just sitting on my bed. And both pizzas we're delivered uncut. Service delivery is usually great and quick, but I order online so never have to deal with the store; and I order often. However the first time I ever have an issue with a delivery I call to let them know items I paid for were missing. No apology!!! Was told they need to talk to someone. Came back on the phone and was told that she was told the items were in the box. The could send the items back out, but it would be an hour, because they have "other customers too". Why punish everone else when I am the one that messed up right?!?
Did not appreciate the tone of the Shift Manager, so I called back and told them I would do there job for them so my family could eat before 9 p.m. then decided that I didn't need this food.
Seven minutes out, so I took order back and requested full refund. Manager still never apologized and argued with me that she did. Then asked why the same driver who delivered my food was just preparing to leave and couldn't swing by my house first. Told them that not to worry about me ever again as I am moving.
Just know that your service at this particular franchise is not wanted and you are a burden to the shift managers if your meal has issues.

Store says it was never on its way and they tried to call which funny a car warranty scam call got thru but not them. Called them and the manager who said was also franchise owner (one of them) said oh it was cancelled due to weather you can reorder and it will be 1 hour or more. I called back not knowing he was the manager and was even ruder. Domino's did something similar and haven't ordered since over 6 months now. Marco's will get my business now. Something as easy as oh we are delivering again we will resend could of fixed it. Horrendous customer service especially from an owner.
