Today I ordered and paid for a pizza online for pick up through the drive through window. When I arrived the line at the window was backed up so I parked in front of the store and my husband went inside to pick up our order which was ready and paid for. Apparently, we didn't park in a correct parking space because my husband came back out without food and proceeded to inform me that the person inside refused to give him our food until we parked the car in a different spot. The lines for the parking spots are basically non-existent and the parking lot is full of craters. So, I parked my car two feet over and I went in to get my food. I asked what the problem was with giving my husband the food and was informed by the worker, who told me his name was Matthew, that it was because we were in a non-parking spot. Under no circumstances should my food which was already bought and paid for been withheld from me due to my parking spot. If there are that many concerns about where people park then the parking lot needs repaved and relined. Additionally, my garlic butter was missing from my order. So, I called Matthew and let him know that maybe if he paid more attention to my order instead of where I parked I would have received all of my order and wanted a refund for the garlic butter. He would not give me a refund but told me I could get a store credit. I asked for the manager and he informed he was the assistant manager. When I asked when the manager would be in he told me that I he was not obligated to tell me that so since I don't know when or how to contact the actual store manager I am leaving this information here and forwarding to corporate as well...even if it is not a...

Update: Everyone knows Covid-19 changed everything. This poor review I blame on Corporate. You must pay employees a living wage if you want to keep them.
Firstly the website is okay until you get to the pay function. I often use PayPal to pay for online purchases since it's safer, but Domino's website always times out before it will use PayPal. I've also had to put in multiple credit cards because sometimes a credit card will be rejected even though it is good. Today the website said my delivery would be to my home in 30 minutes when I ordered. 1 hour later when we called our local Domino's we were told it would be at least another hour before our pizzas would be delivered. Maybe they just say that because they know you won't order if it's a 2-hour delivery time.
Of course the pizzas arrived cold. So then it's fire up the stove break out the pizza pans just as if we were cooking our own pizza.
Update..... Only order here if you intend to pick it up yourself. And even then you should carefully check your pizzas to make sure they are what you ordered.
We'll be dropping Domino's as our go to pizza delivery.
