Huddle House — Restaurant in Albertville

As a former server here at the Albertville location I can say I am highly disappointed in the service and customer service… my husband and I arrived well after and elderly couple.. seemed they had done had several cups of coffee while waiting on their food. My husband ordered our drink order while I proceed to the bathroom. Come back only one silverware one menu. Elderly couple still no food. We order our food, comes out completely wrong. Elderly couple still no food. Our food gets re made… elderly couple still no food. We get our food finally correct had time to eat almost all of it and elderly couple just then getting their food while the other servers in the back haha’n and Kiki’n while on their phones not worried about their customers. We proceed to pay our ticket with no acknowledgment that we are at the register. So I ask can we please HUDDLE OUT.. cook calls other servers. They proceed to come from the back in complete confusion as we tell them we are paying our ticket and table 8’s ticket as we had time to finish our meal before the elderly couple was ever served their meal. We paid it forward by blessing them with a free meal as we received ours before they got theirs. Yes, we paid their ticket as it was sad to watch sit and wait as we ate before them. Customer service should be the upmost first priority! SHOUT OUT TO MICHELLE FOR DOING HER ABSOLUTE BEST AS THE OTHER SERVERS PUT EVERYTHING OFF ON HER...

Denise at albertville huddle house is the best. She acknowledged myself and my wife as soon as we sat down. She is both professional and personable with all of her customers. Come to this huddle house if you want good food and the best service. With that said i am going to say something about the guntersville huddle house and how we ended up at albertville huddle house. My wife and i went to the guntersville huddle house for dinnner we were greeted when we entered. We sat down the waitress who never told us her name she had red hair and had it pulled back and had a nose piercing brought us our menus and our drinks and that would be the end of our interaction with her. We sat there for 10 minutes after she brought us our drinks. We saw plenty of her she was on the other side of the restraunt refilling the napkin holders and the salt and pepper shakers and not one time did she look at us or even ask if we were ready to order. So after waiting my wife took a napkin and wrote you never took out order and put a sad face and we got up and left. The bad part not one single employee saw us walk out. Thats not how you treat customers. So for the manager who reads these i really hope you address this issue at the guntersville huddle house because they were very unprofessional and we will not be back. GO TO THE ALBERTVILLE HUDDLE...

The food and waitress was OUTSTANDING!!!! changed We've had a few bad times lately, but tonight I had to post. We were the 2nd people to sit. Then about 3 others came in. We waited and waited, seeing the people behind us get served. They came in 10 minutes or so after us. Then another table (that ordered quite a while after us), got their order. I went to get some coffee and tea at the coffee maker & tea brewer myself. Yes, I went. Our waitress told me that she put our order in. I about walked out until I said we would be served shortly. We waited another 15 minutes to get our food (roughly 50 - 60 minutes total). My wife didn't get what she wanted, but she ate it anyway. Mine was, more or less, barely warm. The couple with us didn't get all the food they ordered. We got that order 5 minutes later. The gent with us had quite a long hair in his grits. He was very unhappy. I needed coffee anyways- so I went and got a refill at the coffee maker & told them we had a problem at our table. Someone other than our waitress came by apologized and went to get him more.
