Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albertville

If I could leave 0 stars that would have been my choice.... We've lived in the area now for 2 years.... we've always gone to the Albertville location because its closest to our home. We're a large family (8 people) and we always order the same thing when we go, 2 of the 12 pack tacos (soft) and 2 of the bean burrito grande meals (10 bean burritos) Typically we place our order at the speaker.... pull around to the window and pay, and then pull forward or into a parking space and wait for our food. This evening.... I started to place our order, I got out the two 12 pack tacos... and started to add the bean grande meals.... and was interrupted and told that there was a 30$ limit on drive thru orders..... Hmmm.... I asked since when and was told "Since forever" (I promise you, I could hear the eye roll through the speaker) Now, I know for certain this has never been a "rule" at this establishment, as we have been in this drive thru once a month on average, for almost 2 years now..... placing this exact order. And I get that it's a big order, and takes some extra time.... I have never complained about the wait. But to be flat told that my money is no good at your location is a first for me. So from now on, I'll drive the extra 5 1/2 miles into Boaz, where not only was my money accepted, but they made our order and served us with beautiful smiles! That's where our business will...

Here now for a replacement order from Monday night where they messed up on the simplest of orders 2 5layer burritos (they gave me 2 burritos alright that were cold, the shells were stale,only beef and shredded cheese on it no sour cream, no nacho cheese and no beans.. And forgot my hot sauce I had asked for at the box and again at the window speaking with the manager on duty smh) . Had to wait in line 20minutes then be told to go inside even though manager over the phone monday said could go thru the drive thru to get it. While waiting not 1 but 2 drive thru headset wearers just had to have a smoke break even though the drive thru line was to the road. Then go inside to get my order corrected and it is made by the manager but very poorly as seen in pictures if put on a scale it wouldn't weigh what it should and was prepared very sloppily and barely anything on it especially the nacho cheese would've been better off just getting off the $1 menu smh. Will never come back here and don't recommend it. Suggest driving the extra miles to Boaz or Guntersville. This store has gotten so many orders wrong I just don't see how they stay in business. P. S. Doubt the new manager...

Went to the Albertville AL location tonight and there were 2 cars in front of me that pulled up and were served quickly. I purchased the nacho fries box. And my order was ready by the time the food was paid for. This was the best fast food I have purchased in the longest time!! It was hot, fresh, and just spot on. My beefy 5 layer burrito was made correctly(I ordered it special) and it was layered perfectly. I got a bite of each ingredient in every bite!! The nacho fries were hot and fresh as well. My husband ate the chalupa and the taco and he said they were both wonderful too!! The order taker and cashier(if they were different people) were super friendly and I called to speak with the manager just to tell her what a wonderful job they had done and she was incredibly friendly as well. Even before she realized I wasn’t calling to complain. I have never been so impressed with Taco Bell in my life!!! Thanks...
