Los Arcos — Restaurant in Albertville

It's was late. It was hard to get acknowledged by anyone. Even after the kids working up front saw me standing at the register it took the bartender lady telling them 2 times to come take my order. Ordered fiesta fajita bowl with light chicken, extra cheese and extra rice. When I got to my car with my food it was a soupy mess in the bag. They put all that food with the extra rice in what appeared to be the smallest aluminum to go pan they had and to top it off they didn't seal the lid but about halfway so it was all in the bag, all over EVERYTHING. Tried to go back in(only had 1 napkin) and they had loved the door. Called....no answer. The same kid that ignored me the first time ignored me a second time when he saw me knocking on the door. Very unprofessional, shows a total lack of pride in what they do. Made me feel as if they looked as me as disposal. Oh and I had just as much chicken as everything else. Safe to say I won't be back to...

Server was annoying to say the least and rude , hovering and asking us to order before had a chance to look. As a first visit to this place expected better but was not impressed ... Food was horrible and completely watered down .. description read that the lettuce tomato and sour cream would be on the side yet was inside causing it to become even more soggy I found the meal to be extremely bland. The kids quesadilla and beans went untouched as well, beans were bland and watery & the quesadilla was burnt. The excuse being we have a new person in the kitchen , so apparently no training either? Not worth going back. There were 3 at my table and only received 2 silverware... Had my child ate we would've been sharing a fork as we were never...

Food is out in minutes, they keep you filled up with drinks chips and salsa. Used to have friendly service. Not amymore. I used to eat here all the time and my food was always delicious and always the same. I actually didn't eat my food I was so dissapointed. I asked them to take it off my ticket and I got some of the nastiest looks ive ever gotten at a food place. My server told me he took it off my ticket but when i read it he didnt. I am a server, I know how it is when someone asks you to take food off the ticket. I have never thought any less of a person because they didn't like the food.
