I come through javks every morning to get 2 large vanilla iced coffees with no ice for my husband because he enjoys jacks coffees and I got him hooked on there amazing sweetness! We get no ice because he drinks them throughout his work time that day and doesnt want them to water down, sometimes we have to get them remade because they either taste too much like milk or too much like coffee to where you cant even taste the vanilla, in either case. I previously worked for jacks so i know that when closing shift does not make them correctly it can affect morning shift, never have i once cause a scene over coffee. They have always replaced it for me. This morning I got them and they did not taste right, but I came through the drive through with my money in hand willing to pay for 2 more without a problem but I was met with the General manager at my window proceeding to tell me after i already handed her my money with no problem, I wasn't even the one to complain first, she came at me with "you are here every day getting them replaced" no ma'am i am not because the last few days they have been made correctly. She responded with they are making them per protocol, if they was made per protocol we would not have this issue. As a valued customer that comes in ever single day your issue should not be with me, it should be with the employees that are making the mixture and making it incorrectly... I told this GM i recently worked for a jacks and im not trying to be rude but i know the difference between not enough coffee mixture and too much coffee mixture, this was very unprofessional i understand waste cost goes up when you have go replace something! But as a manager you should be be informing whoever made the coffee mixture the day before, not me. She proceeded to tell me I know you worked for jacks. So is this the reason you was at the window when k arrived because you was going to make me pay for them?? Even though if you watch cameras I had my money ready and already handing it out the window before she told me the total. She also proceeded to tell me that just because i get it with no ice means that its going to taste different. No ma'am you are wrong, & if that is the case then whoever makes my iced coffees put extra flavor in it, & thats not protocol, so therefor not my fault but appreciated. When you give a customer something amazing they expect it that amazing everytime. Not just half the time! Everyone else may not have time to come through the drive through and wait in line to get there coffee replaced.if someone was trying to get something for free they wouldnt have there money ready at the window willing to pay for the items, I simply told you what was wrong with the items I got this morning in hopes that the new ones would...
Read moreFood was fine. Restaurant was clean. Absolutely no complaints there. What I do have a problem with is the treatment of one of their employees. When we visited it was not very busy and the employees had time to stand around behind the counter, which is fine. There was also an older lady that was cleaning the dining room. The cashier spilled coffee on the counter and herself then turned to the manager and said "I spilled coffee on myself, can I go home?" Then turned back to the cash register without making any motion to clean the spilled coffee. The manager then called for the older lady to come from the opposite side of the dining room where she was changing trash bags to behind the counter to tell HER to clean the spilled coffee. Did not clean it himself, did not tell the employee that spilled it to clean it. This sweet lady said she would then went back to finish the trash. After she finished the trash she went back behind the counter and cleaned the spilled coffee. This took her about 5 minutes, because she did have some difficulty getting around. Meanwhile the manager and the employee that spilled the coffee had time to stand around and do nothing. All the while, having towels to clean it up within reach, and the time to do it. The treatment of this older lady was appalling. There is NO excuse for either of them to not to have cleaned the spill. They both had time and were both plenty capable of cleaning it up. I am disgusted with how he treated her and hope that when he is older and not as able to get around that people don't treat him the same way. Honestly, he should be ashamed of himself. Read moreI don't usually write reviews, but my repeated experiences at this location have been beyond disappointing. The chicken was dry to the point of being inedible and had an unsettling pink tint that made me question if it was even fully cooked. My food took an absurd amount of time to come out, and when it finally did, the milkshake tasted like cleaning chemicals. The fries were cold, hard, and clearly reheated from an old batch. The employees are consistently rude and seem to have no regard for basic customer service or hygiene. One morning, the girl working the drive-thru smelled absolutely awful a stench so strong it filled my car window before I could even get my order. It was genuinely nauseating and made me lose my appetite entirely. The breakfast is just as terrible as everything else on the menu. My food is always thrown together like it was done in a hurry, and they can't seem to get a single order right. This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand unprofessional, unsanitary, and completely lacking in care or quality. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place...
