Food is not worth the Price. Spent $193. Don’t use the tap counter because it will charged you minimum 18% and our tip is $29 + and yet self service. In this kind of set-up, tip if optional and the screen is very tricky because it’s hidden on the upper part it should have been breakdown and there should be a confirmation if we wanted to give. Not worth the tip. This should be like a casual fine dinning that you have to pay when you have received and tried your food because that is when you can appreciate that tip is worth to give. No one is even asking how are the foods. This is like a cafeteria set up where you get your food from cashier and they will never bring to your table where you wait while they prepare. Chicken wings has too much breadinv. The spicy chicken wing was too much spicy do not wait until another person will complaint. Even cleaning up your table and the table is wiggling not stable. Drinks in the fridge is not cold but that is understandble and you will get it by yourself as well. I will not recommend to eat. People who never tried eating ramen and other things from other places would appreciate this but to me, I am not sure. The Ramen is not good. They need to put more spice because it seems needed more seasoning. Frustrating and disappointing. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE. Be careful when paying and checking the bills use cashier but they should not be asking tip if this is self service. Thats the purpose of the tip it’s ike the service charge. Overall the place and the food was fine. I got the Tonkatsu Ramen which was slightly above average, the pork wasn’t tender like it should be and there’s better places for ramen. The sichuan chilli wontons were floppy and slimy, not sure if they are supposed to be like that or not, either way not my thing. The drinks are a plus though, many choices and the brown sugar is quite good.

My rating stands at 2 stars because when we asked for a water, we were given a bottle of water and was charged, no questions asked. I’m not even sure they have free water to give out.

Side note, the music is highly depressing or old 2008 songs that you listen to in your younger era, doesn’t fit the vibe and honestly we were joking about the music choice more than the issues with the food.

Absolutely delicious food! I've had their sweet/spicy & hot/spicy chicken sandwiches, their honey garlic chicken and fries combo and their brown sugar bubble milk tea. Their sauces are super flavorful! Their chicken is so tender, saucy and filling! Their milk tea is great!
