Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Albertville

Last night I ordered two pizzas and a Greek salad. When I picked up the order I got the two pizzas and didn’t realize that they had not included the the salad until I got home. I called Marcos and told him what it happened and that I did not feel like I should have to drive back up there and I wanted them to credit the 699 for the Greek salad back to my debit card. The first person I talk to claim they didn’t know how to do it and asked me to call back 15 minutes later which I did. The second person I talk to put me on hold and came back and said that they could offer me a free item the next time I came in but could not refund the money. I informed them that I did not want any free item I wanted the money credit get back to my debit card. After much arguing the woman said she would have to call her manager so she put me on hold another five minutes or so and then comes back and says that the manager will not be in until tomorrow at 11 o’clock when the restaurant opens. I told her to have the manager contact me as soon as she got to the store as I wanted my refund. It is now after 1 PM I still have not heard from the manager. The store has a bunch of teenagers working that don’t know what they’re doing for one thing and for another don’t seem to give a damn about good customer service. I’ll give this store one star and I will not ever again order anything...

Tonight I called in for a delivery of hot wings and pizza at 6:10 pm. I was told my total and a delivery time of 30 mins. I called back an hr later, to see if it had been sent out. I was told it had. 15 mins later I received a call from driver, sayin they couldnt find my address. I gave her correct address. After another 15 mins I called back again to tell them to just keep the food because we were goin elsewhere. About 20 mins after that i recieve a call from the store sayin they want to bring me the food for free. I agreed. Food was great! Best crust, good toppings, perfect cheese. Chicken was just as good. Overall the food was delicious and worth going back for, BUT maybe at a different location. Not one mask was on while preparing food, people walking from outside and going directly into the kitchen to handle food. One guy yelled cuss words and showed out in front of my babies, and was not very polite while we ordered. He huffed and puffed everytime the phone went off. Another gentlemen apologized for everything that went on. Then, we waited almost an HOUR just for our pizza. It sat in the window for roughly 15 minutes and we had to ask to get our pizza and then ask to get our cheese sticks. This place lacked professionalism and...
