Let me tell you as somebody who grew up alongside the latest & greatest brands represented in the industry, from angles of both front & back of house as far as retail etiquette is concerned… this brand seems to have evolved into a “Gotchya” brand. Yes, the quality is appealing. Yes, the styles are in fashion. But let’s not forget that the CARE the brand offers is borderline obsolete… if you grew up in the late 90’s or early 00’s, don’t let this brand gaslight you into thinking that they can deliver poor customer deliverability just because the corporate mantra hugs old company values. Spend your hard-earned money in places where the value is more justified. We all work.. we all care.. but when companies like this lean on complicity or of lack-there-of, let’s use our best judgment and aim our income spending where the value of effort is reciprocated.

Talk about a bait and switch. I think the 5Star reviews are placed by Coach employees. Coach will soon be a brand of the past. I received a wallet for Christmas a few years back, It came with a lifetime warranty and my gift giver informed me that this was a selling point, As well as a card Coach place inside the wallet stating LIFETIME WARRANTY. I went to coach to exchange it due to metal coming out the side and was informed the "lifetime warranty" is no good. The products are not what they used to be is why the warranty is so short now. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Not worth the prices like they used to be....

I love going to the Coach outlet store in Albertville, MN. I like it so much better than the Eagan, MN outlet store. The people at the Albertville store are so helpful and willing to help. But I go there so much that some of the sales people have gotten to know me! Oh oh, that's my addiction. I try to go when the seasons are changing for sure to get a new bag for every season. I would rather buy a Coach bag than any other designer bag out there. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a designer bag, or anything Coach...
