Wendy's — Restaurant in Albertville

Been a pretty loyal customer for months now, but the last few weeks we’ve been for lunch, (we get 30 minutes to eat for work) they have forgotten to add our sauces on top of leaving chicken nuggets out of the 4 for 4 deal, shorting us quite frequently. I’m a fan of baconator fries, but the last two times I’ve gotten them, they’ve forgot to add my fork to eat them with and always forget to add my ranch (which I like with the baconator fries). They are a quick service, but seems to be to quick and get to ahead of themselves, shorting customers way to much. decently priced for meals, but not when you’re not getting everything expected in your meal, and who wants to eat chicken nuggets without the sauces. Given we’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, continuing to be a customer in hopes it’s a rare occurrence, it is not. We will not be back for lack of getting what we pay for here. 30 minute lunches for work are hard to go back and ask for the things your missing, which is why we hope to expect to get what we order...

I usually don't do this but I was really disappointed. Ordered 3 salads and a sandwich for me and my coworkers, really simple order. I asked for spicy chicken on my salad AND reminded them at the window that one was supposed to be spicy, which was entirely ignored. I tried to eat the salad with the grilled chicken, but it had obviously been sitting in their heated drawer all day because it completely dried out and tasted like wet dog. Then I tried to eat the salad without the chicken and couldn't stomach it cause half the lettuce was brown and wilted and tasted off, ended up just having a $12 small fry and coke for lunch (which only had a couple sips in it because they gave me all drinks with extra ice because I asked for extra ice on ONE of the drinks for one of my coworkers). They also left out the dressing I asked for several time that my coworker wanted. This is the second time in two days they messed...

Was given my burgers and told to pull up mind you there's already another vehicle that has been told to pull up so I was told to park in parking lot. Waited ten minutes for fresh fries and nuggets. Then decided to go in since I was starting to run late for work. Once inside the workers didn't even acknowledge me. Was hoping the manager would say something, but never did. So I proceeded to tell them that I had been waiting on my fresh fries and nuggets. Told them that I like getting all my food at once. So I told them now my burgers are cold and I had to be at work, So I don't have time for you to remake them after they kinda suggested that. Also ordered 2 Dave singles for $6 and was given 2 double stacks instead these are the smaller patties. So overall this was a horrible experience and will not be going back or would I recommend this restaurant at Albertville location until these...
